At one point in 1-5, you're talking to Gumshoe about Angel Starr and he says "She made me cough it all up when I was 16..". Which is odd because Starr is only one year older than Gumshoe. So she'd be 17 at the time. Didn't she get the "Cough-up Queen" title as a detective?

Or did I just understand everything wrong? :keiko:

In a series with a 13 year old prosecutor, what's so strange about a 17 year old detective?

Alternately, she didn't necessarily have to have been a detective when she made Gumshoe "cough it all up" considering we don't have any idea what the context of that incident was.

You guys are all looking at this the wrong way, since they're in high school, Angel only made Gumshoe cough up some gossip he might have known. Most likely about whatever man(or woman) she was seeking to accompany her in her teenage angst story.
