Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth (2009) This is his "Announcing the Truth" song, I just couldn't leave it out.
Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations (2004) This... Music, there is something about it... It's just so happy, I don't know why, but this is possibly my favourite song not counting any of the "Announcing the Truth", "Objection" and "Pursuit" ones.

urgh. i can't be bothered to hyperlink, but i'm a bit of a purist, and i only like Masakazu Sugimori and Noriyuki Iwadare's stuff (basically the first 3 games). I wasn't a big fan of AJ's music and Investigations really doesn't compare to the main series (for me at least)

My Favorite Objection theme: the original PW:AA of course oh god that's like the ultimate victory music.

My Favorite Pursuit theme: The pursuit theme from Trials and Tribulations i remember liking, but not quite as much as the original

My Favorite Lietmotif: Huge huge HUGE sucker for 's freaking coffee theme, "The fragrance of dark coffee". Actually, it's what got me into Phoenix Wright in the first place. I owe my obsession with PW entirely on Godot's leitmotif. Favourite court opener: Also has to be PW:AA. I mean the anticipation is awesome, staring the prosecution in the face and rearing to go!

Favourite reminisce theme: "True Pain" from PW:JFA. this one was really sad. Actually it's probably a tie with the DL-6 reminisce theme since that one was my favourite case and 's and 's story were pretty sad.

Favourite villain theme: Oh gosh it has to be 's theme. I mean come on! it's so stupidly melodramatic and so very... villainous.

And some other picks: "Congratulatory people" from PW:AA (reminds me of goofy characters such as Lotta) The "Gyakuten Sisters' Ballad" which always makes me feel warm and fuzzy and 's theme is my ringtone

aaaand i think that just about covers it (for now). I'm a big fan of the soundtracks as you can probably tell.
