Need help making testimonies...Topic%20Title

For some reason, my case just stops as soon as it gets to the testimony. Does anyone know how to make it keep going? Also to make the actual testimony, do you just click "new message"? Lastly, how do you name a testimony?

I have no idea how you're trying to make this thing. You're making it with that Case Maker application, right? You should probably label your post as such, if you are.
