I believe the topic on voice acting PW characters are in the anime topic.
Also, I personally think PW is fine without voice acting, with the only exception to the "Objection!" "Hold It!" and "Take That!" sound bytes. I played Harvey Birdman witch has full on voice acting and it kinda kills the enjoyment of solving the cases. Humor and voice acting where awesome BTW.
In my opinion, I perfer to imagine what they sound like. rather than hear them speak, especially if a character has an annoying voice and don't want to hear them speak, or even let out a peep. Ugh... I can Imagine Wellington talk, his personality I dislike and if it was voiced I'd do the same as what he did

Like, what are you talking about? I can imagine the way she talks just how its texted, no way in hell do I want to listen to a voice like that, I dealt with it in high school and hated every girl that talked like that.In short, I perfer Text > Voice Acting any day 'In Game' Anime wise I'll have to see...
