Right now I'm thinking it could be 1 big 6 episode saga - so GS6 would tie absolutely everything together. I'm not sure I'd want it to carry on and on, this could hurt the quality of the games. How many games do you think there'll be? Could all the older favourite come back for 1 big cameo? |

I personally think that if they keep the quality as it has been, and constantly introduce new themes, I could believe it going on to GS8, although capcom is probably going to drop it by then, so yeah, most like it will go to GS6... I don't want it to end though  ... It's a wonderful series!

Unless the fan base suddenly rockets to Pokemon epic (DAMN BIDOOF!! D<) I have a strong feeling there won't be another one after GS6. ... Unless they reralease it all again in say, 10 years time. That might provoke another arch. |

I'd be sad about it ending, but I'd rather it did end and went out on a high, rather than became stagnant. For me the "end" is a long way off though. |

It's hard to say. The GS series didn't even get it's *real* boost of popularity until it came to the DS, and then GS4 sold like crazy. If enough of those purchases came from people coming into the series for the first time, Odoroki's arc has the potential to outsell Phoenix's by a long shot. And if it does, I don't see how Capcom *wouldn't* go on to 7 and further, as long as they still have the funds and a team willing to do it. Plus, by then hopefully we'll be getting them in America at or around the same time as in Japan.
