-In 1-2, when you are talking to Gumshoe, Gumshoe's Theme doesn't play - Investigation - Opening 2001 does. Gumshoe's theme isn't introduced until 1-3.

-In 1-3, when you speak to Penny for the first time, Gumshoe's theme plays.

- In Justice for All, Great Revival ~ Miles Edgeworth is only used once, at the beginning of Trial 1. In other places, even when Edgeworth is the character involved, Great Revival ~ Franziska von Karma plays. Of course, the two seem identical after their introduction.

- Investigation ~ Cornered (Variation) (Game 1's cornered theme) seems much more common than the (Variation)s in the other two games. I counted only 3 times it plays in JFA, and something around 4 times in T&T.

I can't say I noticed the discrepancies from the first game (at that point, I hadn't been paying much attention to the music yet), but I was thoroughly confused for a while during the second game when Franziska's great revival music played around Edgeworth. o_O

Actually, Great Revival - Franziska Von Karma is never used until Franziska comes in at the end of case 4. It's always Edgeworth's version - it just always starts up right after the introduction. The only difference besides the intros is the key.

...I can't vouch for multiple instances, but I compared them when Edgeworth returned at the Precinct, and it was definitely Franziska's.

Actually, when Edgeworth appears in criminal affairs, the intro from Great Revival ~ Franziska von Karma plays.

Investigation cornered <2001 remix> only appears about 1 time in T&T...so that kinda shoots that down a little, doesn't it?
It also only appears once in JFA, when Maya's talking about Edgeworth in the Trial on day 1 of case 2. So again, I believe, it's an incorrect fact! =P

I wasn't referring to Investigation ~ Cornered (Game 1's "cornered" theme), but Pursuit ~ Cornered 2002 and Pursuit ~ Cornered 2002 (Variation) in JFA and Investigation ~ Cross examining and INvestigation ~ Cross examining in T&T. All three songs share a single purpose - that of a "cornered" theme - but Game 1's "cornered" theme (Variation) is used much more often in its particular game than the corresponding (Variation)s in the other two games.

I'm sorry if I was unclear.
