They were at it for about ten minutes, and I was just staring at the game, trying not to grab it, throw my money on the counter and run. They said "Oh, well, sorry, but we'll try to get you one next time you come (since I'm frequent) or we'll use your address from your reservation receipt to contact you." And I was just like, "Mmhmm,okay, give me my game. NOW!"
Apparently, they didn't get a big order...

Eh, I'll just go harass random Gamestops till I get mine, though I have no idea what I did with my reciept.. ^^;; Eh, some people are nice enough so you never know... though I WOULD be telling the truth o.o The one I pre-ordered my copy from is the closest one (though they're suppose to be opening one here.... X__X) but its really out of the way for me now, so I never go there =X Maybe tomorrow I'll swing by if I have to drive to dial-up land again X_X (I hope not, i felt like crap today too and my mom made me go to school XP)

Yeah that's what happened to me too only my game was supposed to come out on the 23rd but was delay due to shipping and was released on the afternoon of the 24th.
Also I notice that Game Stop never releases a game on the day that they said they will almost always it is the next day although that could just be related to my store and nowhere else.
People been selling them on E-bay though I hoped that they haven't been lifted from a shipment somewhere.

Alright, I talked to customer service, and what we will do is, if you did not receive your pre-order gift, you can then email/fax/mail/bring in person/telepathically-transfer-us your pre-order purchase receipt from GS/EB, and we will send you a plushie free of charge.
Also, for those that said they were having trouble with the discount code that was a gift from the previous Ace Attorney order... please file a report with our Customer Service and we'll help with giving you the discount right away.
The above is for GameStop/EB customers who preordered and DID NOT RECEIVE a plushie. Us is Capcom.

After you upload the picture and write whatever you need to click submit and you'll have to enter your email address, phone and a password after that you'll get a email that they received the message and you should get a email that they sent the plush not sure how long that takes probably a day or so depends..
