It's quite hard for me to pick up one... I usually tend to like/love every single character, even though I didn't like them (at all) at the beginning.
But I'd probably say Ben and Trilo, and Maya's mother (don't remember her name xD).
I can't come up with any more characters...
Edit : oh, YES. I found a very GOOD one... The Judge's brother
I don't know why, I don't quite like him... xD I prefer the good ol' Judge
(The broach/breach pun nearly killed me xD), even though his brother really made me laugh in the first court part of 3-5... well, that's thanks to Franziska

Franziska, though...the problem starts with how on the morality scale she's in no way a villain, and can't be treated like one. Villains are treated differently than other types of characters.
And yet her personality is awful. Borderline sadistic, elitist, arrogant, immature, manipulative..the list goes on. She has her good side but it's so little it's like petting a dog and feeding it before you skin it alive.
In short, if she were in a movie, she would be that annoying jerk who gets eaten by a T-Rex. She's like Lobo, if Lobo wasn't a parody. And that's why I can't bring myself to like her; she's jerk with no heart of gold who's still treated like a heroine.

Anyway, my most hated character (taken directly from my flop ten) is MIA FEY.
God, I hated her, I still hate her, I was honestly happy in the beginning of 1-2, only to despair at the end. "Damnit Mia! I got White in the ropes! I don't need your help! And I don't want to read your damn list!" I'm still positive Phoenix could have made it without Mia. In the end, I think she was even more "helpful" (in the bad way) than Klavier.

Iris because she's such a goody-goody, who can't stick up for herself against her homicidal sister. Just the general way she looks makes me feel sick. I hate Dahlia too, but I sort of like Dahlia way more than Iris. All I can recall Iris doing in GS:3

Brussel because he was a pain to find the habit of... Sweating? Come off it! I spent almost a day trying to perceive his habit; I was completely losing it. He's also a pain to cross examine... And his overall character design just bugs me. He's just not very helpful...
I also dislike Mia, but not so much as hating her.

- I would have liked this guy if he was Apollo's mentor through the whole game. Who needs Hobohodo? I didn't like Kristoph as a villain, at all. He fades in comparison to Gant, Dahlia, von Karma, Matt and even Tigre. I mean, look at his motive.
- Look at the scene where he tells Wocky about his heart and that he could die anytime - this guy needs a "Klavier Gavin is a jerk" comic. Other than jerky, I don't remember him having any other personality except for "rockstar".

I mean SURE Dahlia is scary and intimidating but seriously! 1. He is kind of a prick (That's not always bad....
)2. He wasn't in the game long enough for his prickyness to become an endearing quality like the other people you mentioned
3. Since he was the first murderer of the game, his case was more of a tutorial one, so he wasn't as developed as other villians in the series. Most of his character development is done in the minds of fans
