I'm pleased that the link works. Thanks for telling me, Ace Attorney Rimmer. :) Youtube is usually pretty reliable, but I was concerned because I simply couldn't get to it with the connection I had.

So... topics... So Iris is Pearl's sister and Phoenix is very important in Pearl's life. If they became a couple, would Pearl live with them or stay with Maya in Kurain?

My opinion is that Pearl would probably live with both part time. She would probably want to get to know her sister better especially considering how upset she seemed about having so little family and Phoenix takes on an almost fatherly (or that of a much older brother) role for her in the games, so I think she would want to stay with them at times. Besides, with Trucy around, Pearl has a playmate/ foster sister. Still, she adores Maya and Kurain has been her home for a long time, so I can't see her turning her back on all that so easily. If Pearl started going to school (which I could see now that Morgan was gone), she might live with Phoenix and Iris during the week to be able to get to school more easily and then stay with Maya on weekends (While visiting often between those places. Two hours is a long trip, but it wouldn't cut off all contact and they would probably be a very close family).

So... I'll brainstorm better topics when I'm not exhausted. Any other suggestions or additions onto this or other topics would be good and would make me very happy. :)

On a side note, this is one of the prettiest pictures of Iris I've seen. :)

I like the song although there is a finality to it that rings a bit false to me ~~and makes me a bit sad.~~ Still, it's a nice choice (particularly if you're placing the emphasis on an angsty feeling). :) As for a spot for their first date, are we talking about where we think their first date was in the past or where their "first" date would occur if they became a couple again? I suppose it doesn't really matter. Anyway, I can definitely see a picnic happening. ~~Phoenix was quite fond of Iris's box lunches after all. :P~~ They could make lunches for one another and eat them together during the picnic. As another option, perhaps a long walk together (in a setting to be decided later :P) where they could talk and connect with one another (or reconnect depending on when this happening).

Hey ya'll! I thought I could bring a brief "discussion" to the table, lol Okay, so Iris and Phoenix are going to get married. Who do you think would be the best man and the maid of honor? ((if this question was already asked, then I have a right to feel stupid )) I'd have to say Miles and Maya; Bikini would probably be the guardian who walks with the bride (after all, was it proven whether her real father was dead?) and unless Pearl was older, she'd probably either be the Junior Bridesmaid (I've been one before, so I know it exists!) or if she was around GS3 time, the flower girl. Heh, decided I might as well ask

It's my personal fanon/wishful thinking that Redd White caught wind of Mr. Hawthorne's abandoning his daughter in the mountains and/or Dahlia's misdeeds and blackmailed him out of his fortune (he was a wealthy jeweler, after all) to keep quiet about it until Daddy couldn't take it anymore and committed suicide. Have some more art.

Pretty, pretty pictures. :) And as for the topic, I do believe that has come up before, but it died pretty quickly so we can pick it up again. Thanks! Miles would definitely be the best man. Larry would probably be an usher ~~after he stopped whining about not being chosen as the best man . :P~~ Apollo would probably be another usher. Maya, Pearl, Vera, and Trucy could be bridesmaids. I can't quiet decide who would be maid of honor, but Maya's probably the most logical choice. Trucy could work for that as well though (she is Phoenix's daughter after all and would be Iris's daughter as well if they got married). Bikini is the one who walks the bride down the aisle and Mia gets channeled briefly to wish the new couple luck. I'm not sure about the rest. Opinions? :)

Out of all topics, we had to pick this one.... Hmmm, if I had to guess, I would have to say partially both. I do see her living with Iris and Phoenix but at the same time, I do get the feeling that she'll be with Maya as well. After all, Iris and Maya are the only family members she has ATM. I do believe that she'll attend school and possibly live with Iris and Phoenix during that time whilst going to Kurain to visit Maya when she has the chance. She did say that she doesn't want to follow the spirit medium path given her attitude in the game so that rules out living permanently in Kurain.

I've had some very interesting ones here and I'd love to have more. What I've noticed is that sometimes all that is needed for some decent conversation is a small push. Yes, the topic I chose was a bit silly. I admitted as much myself. I'm sorry. I'm afraid that I've been quite busy for the past couple weeks and as a result I'm more then a bit tired, but I wanted to try and get things moving again even if I couldn't come up with anything stellar. My OTP is Verapollo (Vera/Apollo, blame Mia_Fey for it! Her fanfiction 'Beginnings' makes it canon!), but Feenris is PWN!age. It is that way because it was my first OTP of the game, but then I discovered Mia_Fey's PWN!some fanfiction... Anyway, I also support Miego and Edgeworth/Lana (blame General Lugi for the Edgeworth/Lana...he makes that ship canon as well!), but my main two ships are Verapollo and Feenris. Plus, in my fanfiction 'The Falcon's Turnabout'... Spoiler: TEH SPOILAH FOR ALL! RUN FOR LIFE! one of the chapters is centered around Verapollo, but hints at some Feenris. I usually try to keep my shipping within the canon limits, but sometimes (as 'The Falcon's Turnabout' proves), I also try to make it realistic. Besides, I'd add OOCness if it makes a character more real. Enough of that now. I'm done. Just gotta find a way off this soapbox here...

I read your fic and I have to say that you're doing a good job with it. For anyone interested, here is the link to JadeRoach's story. More art :) Spoiler: Source here On another note, I ran across this fic on DA by Hime-no-Hachimitsu that has some cute Phoenix/Iris fluff in one chapter although the main pairing is Miles/Franziska. Although the story is longer then just this (and hence you might feel a bit confused coming into towards the end), if you just want the fluffy Phoenix/Iris stuff then go here and skim down a bit until you reach them. Okaaaaaay, does anyone still want to discuss stuff? XP I was thinking about asking this one since yesterday, but I wasn't so sure that it's a nice topic but.......a girl's gotta try. So, recalling case 5 of T&T, Spoiler: "Iris" Iris's role in protecting Maya from Morgan Fey was basically to take the blame for the murder. Yeah I definitely think that they knew how far Elise Deauxnim would go already, so Iris understood that much. Now we know that murder automatically gives you the death penalty. And that's what bothered me. Iris said she knew the consequences and was well prepared for such a thing. .....Does that mean that Iris was willing to die? See, it provokes some unwanted ideas in my mind that I don't want in there. T.T I'm worrying about the possibility that Iris might've been set on it in order to join her sister in the spirit world...while I also think maybe it's because she knows that Maya Fey happens to be someone close to her Feenie, and doesn't want him to be in pain because of the terrible plan. Thoughts, anyone? ;_;

Spoiler: 3-5 I think Iris was fully aware that she might well be sacrificing her life when she framed herself. She certainly seemed to understand the situation well and appeared to have accepted her fate, but I don't think she did it to join Dahlia. Had she simply wanted to die to be with her sister, she would likely have picked a quicker way to get there (after all executions take five years in the PW world). Her decision here was very similar to the decision she had made five years before concerning Phoenix's safety. If he (or in this case those he cared about) came into jeopardy, she was willing to sacrifice herself to protect him (them). Iris's first concern never appears to be herself. Like with Phoenix, her first thoughts tend to be aimed at her loved ones.

Spoiler: My theory for Iris' daddy I think that the poor man might've bought it somewhere along the line (since he was a jeweler and all). My guess as to how the poor guy bought it is that it was a hit, perhaps orchestrated by Redd White working with the Cadaverinis, and it was a normal, run-of-the-mill Mafia hit, and the body was thrown off a bridge to go sleep with the fishies. But then again, due to the game's (supposed) location (LA, California), Iris' daddy might've also gotten sideswiped in a gang shooting and/or drive-by. However, he would have to be at the wrong place at the wrong time for that to be viable (plus, the shooting would also have to be mentioned in the game). But then again, that's just me. BACK TO TEH FEENRIS! I really think that... Edgeworth would be Feenie's best man, and Pearl (oh so adorable Pearl...) would be the maid-of-honor for Iris (despite the former's age). Maya, Franziska, and Trucy would be bridesmaids.

I haven't replied on this for a bit because I just finished Persona 3 yesterday and bloody hell it was Epic, I still have to get the awesomeness out my system because I'm thinking of all these things that could happen and if you have played it you will know what i mean ;), but I've gotten back into T&T now. Tbh I've never really liked Livin' On a Prayer maybe because I've heard it too many times on the radio.
