When you see Meekins "Kill Bruce Goodman" in the tape and the Blue Badger was Dancing the whole time with that music, and then the blue badger was linked to the murder of Neil, *Shudder* that gave me nightmares, I bet some guy found the Blue badger on the evidence list and Gant said it was Blueprints for a new mascot to cover it up,

2-4. Holy CRAP. I'm rarely kept on the edge of my seat and that did it finely.

1-4. AT the beging and you see "you remember who" with the gun. that was a true HOMG moment.

3-4. AT the very end. I can't be assed with spoiler tape so I'm saying no more.

1-5. When you question Gant for the first time to get more info about the killing when he brings the muffler. The way that opened up and smashed the floor was ace. And when you question him the 2nd day.

EDIT: oh and one sammy mentioned in 3-2 when you get a flashback of bullard's office. That made me jump.

1-5. The whole case scared me...I don't know why, though. By day, it's fricking awesome. But by night......*shivers* SO many things wrong with that case, I can't go into it though...I'll start to rant. XD But some examples are:

- The creepy 3D movie.
- When Gant came into the office. That reeeeeally scared me.
- Image (SCARED THE HELL OUT OF ME THE FIRST TIME IT POPPED UP.)
- The picture of Marshall stabbed w/ the armor. (the younger, of course)

Oh, and 1-4 too...but only the part w/ von Karma and his taser of doom D=

Dahlia scares me :(

When her back was turned, I just knew she was gonna jump at me or something. And in 3-1, she did. Evil glare + fried butterflies = asdhfgklshfdkgjahfdgfhsdj.

Her shadowy profile in 3-4 is also creepy, especially at night and especially now that I know what she's capable of. dont jump me dont jump me dont jump me evil shadow gonna eat me :(

Oh boy, I wonder how 3-5 will go.....

I liked it when you contradict Marshall at one point, and you ask him to say something, in 8 words or less" and he says "I've only got one, pardner.......

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE that part. Only thing I like more is when you prove Godot wrong, and he goes the ENTIRE coffee animation, as in, catches the sliding coffee, smiles, smells what the Godot is brewin', drinks it, smiles again....... and then...... SPIT-TAKE!!!

the scariest moment would have to be the first time i saw the blue badger dancing

i screamed "OH MY F**KING GOD. THAT THING WAS THE KILLER, HE STABBED THEM!!!!!!"

i seriously thought it was the blue badger that did the stabbing, i mean, just looka t the dance..

Same, I hated how they kept showing it over, and over again! Made playing that case all the worse, we know she killed herself stop showing us her dead body please!!!!

I wasn't in the right state of mind playing this case all the way through, I was thinking about being killed and it was thunder storming for 3 days straight. So when I got around to the Darke portion of the case I was completely fucked for lack of better words. Gant got kinda creepy in the end but nothing scary.

I was playing alone and in the dark around 3am when Matt showed his true self, I was like WTF!?! The music didn't help the situation either.

I'm sure just about everyone went wtf?! when they saw Edgey with the gun in the intro for 1-4. I know I did, but of course, it was so obvious that he wasn't a murderer and there just had to be a good explanation for the gunfire, some guy falling out of a boat and him holding a gun in his hand~

When Dahlia leaves Maya's body... I swear that scream of hers made me jump, and I was playing it during lunch time too. I don't even want to think of hearing her scream or watching that scene at night in a dark room >_>; Oh a side note, I'm fine seeing Dahlia every other time she appeared. I just wanted to punch her... a lot... :edgy:

I finished re-playing case 3-5 at night and I freaked out when I heard the scream.
It was really... creepy.

The first time Jean Armstrong appeared. And, Gant's long eerie pauses. I thought my DS froze the first time he did that.

But the one that really got to me was when either Dahlia's eyes flashed, or when she came out of Maya's body screaming with her hair flying everywhere.

The fact that ONE SINGLE CASE was tied to SO MANY PERSONS. And two, no, THREE criminals almost got away with their bidding. The awesome music didn't help.


2-2

MAYA KIDNAPPED. And I knew Matt wasn't the guy he claimed to be, but not being the murder... And the INNOCENT/GUILTY affair almost gave me a seizure. FOR REAL.

I would lose my whole penalty bar if I got it wrong. I had heard about a point in that case when that would happen, but I didn't expect it so soon.

and the JUDGE of all people got it right, that the person was spying. And then he penalized me for being clueless, and gave me another penalty for stealing his idea.

He was going to tell his grandchildren how he embarassed Edgeworth but I took it from him. lol.

It just shocked me that he thought of that on his own.

Top suspenseful bit: I may be judging this by its payoff, but the entire Edgeworth arc in PW2 wins. Why? Because I played it before playing PW1.

See, I was wondering who this Edgeworth guy was. "He'd better be a better Prosecutor than Franziska," I thought. "He'd better live up to all of this hype." The game kept me in suspense by doling out clues about him. He had a dubious reputation. Nick never wanted to talk to him again. Franziska was angry at him for disappearing. The game built the suspense up for newcomers perfectly.

Then, when 2-4 came, and he made his appearance, with triumphal theme music, then showed Franziska how you really run a Prosecution... that was great.

Runner-up: the endings of 1-4 and 1-5. In particular, that battle of wits that concluded 1-5 was one of the greatest things in the series. A great villain, a turnabout that really felt as if you were turning the tables on a tough opponent, and an ominous post-breakdown nudge to Edgeworth.

^_^ Yeah. I consider the Great Revival Song to be Edgeworth's theme music, even though Franziska got a different arrangement of it for herself.

Another scary moment was when Matt Engarde kept taunting me about getting a Not Guilty in court, just like he wanted.

And when the courtroom spectators were slamming Phoenix over defending Engarde I screamed at the screeen "Shut up! Shut UP! You don't UNDERSTAND!!!"

I have had very few games that affected me as much as Phoenix Wright has. :)
