Phoenix Wright age question

I'm playing right now for the first time Apollo Justice and the game says that Phoenix is 33 years old, is that right?.

2016 (first game) - 24 years
2017 - 25 years
2018 - 26 years
2019 - 27 years
2020 - 28 years
2021 - 29 years
2022 - 30 years
2023 - 31 years
2024 - 32 years
2025 - 33 years
2026 - 34 years
2027 - 35 years
2028 - 36 years
2029 (Apollo Justice) - 37 years

Is the info on the game wrong or I'm wrong?. Phoenix should have 37 years.

AJ takes place 7 years after T&T (which is set in 2018). Therefore, AJ takes place in the year 2025, which would make Phoenix 33 years old.

Actually, T&T ends in 2019, so AJ would take place in 2026. Capcom sort of forgot that when they set the ages in AJ. :yogi:

That would only make sense (and make Phoenix 34 instead of 33) if his birthday was BEFORE the events of the Apollo game. As long as said events happened before his designated birthday, he'd still be technically 33, even if they finish the day before his birthday. =p

The ages/birthdays/dates in PW are hopelessly screwed up. The timeline just does the best it can :<

Capcom either didn't care about the timeline or genuinely thought it was right.

The only age that seems to make no sense is Phoenix's age. I've been able to do the math and make Miles and Ema have ages that don't conflict with the time line.
