Ah yes. Why am I always forgetting to add another pairing that I dislike?  /   /  - a VERYoverrated pairing..... but other than that, I don't really think that Klavier shows interest in Ema. But remember people - always saying you hate someone ends up turning into love. But yes, I HATE this pairing so much that I wish he wasn't even straight.Edit:  /

I'm not denying that Mia didn't want Dahlia to get away with murder, but that certainly wasn't Mia's only reason for defending Phoenix. After a whole year of not defending anybody, why do you think she jumped at the chance to meet Dahlia in the courtroom? Why do you think she pressed Phoenix for information on the day he and Dahlia met? Why do you think she dragged all of that out during Dahlia's testimony? It all goes back to the poisoning. Mia doesn't acknowledge "Godot"? Maybe not to most fans' liking, but she certainly thinks a lot of Diego. She fought to establish that connection between the poisoning incident and the Doug Swallow murder, and doesn't deny or brush off "Grossberg's off-hand comment," or tell Godot and his "obsession" to take a hike. (She also passes on to Phoenix everything Diego taught her, but that's another point for another day.) You said they forced the pairing in order to make Dahlia look like a horrible bitch. But Dahlia didn't need to poison Diego or break up the pairing; there was irrefutable proof that she was a horrible bitch (stealing an expensive diamond, faking her death and letting her boyfriend get convicted for it, murdering her stepsister, watching as that convicted boyfriend committed himself to the death pact they had made years earlier, and showing absolutely no remorse for any of it). It's one thing to not like the pairing, but it's dismissive to use the term "obsession" to describe Diego's feelings and motivation for facing Phoenix in court. It was established that Mia/Diego was not one-sided. It is not so strange to be broken up over a lover's death, especially when you're blaming yourself for having let it happen. |

Wow, someone's defensive about their pairings. In 3-4, we see Diego constantly belittling Mia with smartass comments like "Is the little kitten ready to jump into the big mean lion's den?" and "Hey, want some candy? You're not old enough to be drinking coffee yet," and Mia being put off by his attitude. By the end of the trial, Armando finally gives her a shred of respect, but that's all we see of their relationship. We're supposed to just accept it as fact that they shack up sometime during the next six months, which doesn't really work for me. Sal Manella and Director Hotti don't deserve to be in any pairings at all. I think everyone knows why. Luke/Adrian. Adrian would probably destroy everything in his office and Luke Atmey doesn't need that. Luke also can do a lot better than her. Luke/Ron. Ron has a wife, and Luke Atmey doesn't need to be subjected to hear his high pitched screams. This is a crack pairing, but Stickler/Maya. I had a nightmare about this. Let's just say it way very disturbing. At least it wasn't Pearl and Stickler (Get's hit with a dozen Wii Remotes and dies) |

It's not that I think it deserves a chance..... but the fact that they don't 'know' eachother and have different lifestyles, I honestly do not see Pearl making any progress with Wocky. Course people can say different..... but that's just my opinion (and I will stick to it). I may have already mentioned it.... but another pairing I'm starting to dislike are &  . No - it's not the age gap..... but after playing through the game, I just don't 'see' these two falling in love. I'd say they're more of a brother & sister relationship.*Expects to be shot multiple times by phoenixxMaya fans. Slapped to death by Pearly. And raped badly by Gant*. Well, in fear of the firey ashes of the internet reigniting, I'm gonna say that I have mostly no problem with any pairing if it's done in an interesting and tastefull way. I'm very open minded like that I guess. I admit though... I was traumatized seeing a  x once. That was super nasty... mostly cause the artist seemed to like drawing Grossberg more than Miles O.o Straight, Yaoi, Yuri... I don't mind ^^ I guess I just don't like the CONTENT that people draw them in. I do however have preferred pairings. That's another thread all together though ;) |
