Probably because I had played JFA first so I knew that, despite being dead, she'll be showing up again. And again. And again. (Seems like coming from a family of spirit channellers has it perks.)
But anyway, I pretty much felt the same about 2-3 as Carmelita. Minus the tearing up, that is.
1-4 and 1-5 had their moments too.

2-1 was the most upsetting for me. Just knowing that Richard would go to jail and suffer there until he was executed... *shudder* It makes me feel ill every time I think of it.

2-4 and 1-5/1-4 are close too though.
Mia's death would have been sadder for me if I'd known more about her character by the time she died. As it was it was like: NEW CHARACTER, NAME: MIA. NEW CHARACTER DEADS OH NOES.
But it does make me sad now. But not as much as the other ones.

Anyway, I also have to say 2-3. Acro's whole story was just really depressing and bleak, IMO. I found it hard to really see the whole thing with a happy ending, even after the last scene in the defense lobby.
Of course 3-4 is just messed up too.

The others weren't really upsetting for me, but the ones that I got most worked up about were probably 1-4, 1-5, 2-2, 2-4, and 3-4.

Though, I got really frustrated in 1-3. I was more than halfway through the case when my DS decided to run out of battery. I ended up starting it all over because I was stupid enough to forget to save. And the same thing happened when I did 1-5. My DS died right before you say "Objection!" to get to the credits, but at least I didn't have to start completely over~ Gah.

Also, 4-4 was pretty heartbreaking, but I probably shouldn't talk about that here. Not everyone has finished the game yet.
This series, for all its silliness, is really expert at delivering emotional drama, that's for sure.

You sound kinda like my brother... Heh, I don't think you would like to meat me IRL, I tend to fall in love with almost every vg character who has got some personality.
Anyways... The most upseting case? That's definitely 2-4. I don't think I've ever cried that much.

Because that just confused me and I really, really think they should of spent a few more months on it.
It was a good idea, but they defiantly needed to add to it. Apollo didn't do ANYTHING in that case :/
