Do GS2, GS3 and GS4 cases have one less day in court? 1-2 to 1-5 all had 3 days in court, all cases from GS2 to GS4 only had one or two.

I like those long cases.

1-5 was too long for me, I like 2 days cases. =)
I'm more disappointed that in GS2 and GS4 were only 4 cases. =\

I believe that some of the critics complained that the three day cases dragged on a bit. The shortened cases, I believe, were a response to this critique.

1-5 wasw wayyyyyyyyyyy to long hench why i leave AA1 on 1-4.
And yes
JFA was annoying because it only had 4 cases and i was quite dissopointed.
AJ, i felt maybe they could of split the 4-4 case up like

4-4a = up to the flahabck
4-5 - flashback case
4-4b = mason + trial.
I mean a tad like T &T

You're right, 4-4 was like 3 small cases.
But JFA was too short for sure!

plot-wise, 2-4, 3-5 and 4-4 couldn't really have been 3-days long
Spoiler: JFA
Shelley initially gave Phoenix a day. Pushing it all the way out to 3 would've been a bit too much...

Spoiler: T&T
You got Franzy/Edgey for one day and Godot/Phoenix for another day... I don't really think they should've added another day of either

Spoiler: AJ
You only need 1 investigation as Apollo, and only need to go through the MASON System once. Plus, since Vera is in critical condition throughout the whole day, we didn't need 2 more days of her like that...

Not really excuses for 2-3, 3-3, and 4-3 though. Maybe the AAI cases are long enough, and we can always hope in GS5 :3

That's what I thought too, those cases never seemed that long to me (yes even 1-5 was short enough) But that was because I had a walkthrough and used games....

Spoiler: AAI
Don't most of the cases there last less than a few hours?

As much as I adore 1-5, I agree--it was too damn long!

While I was slightly disappointed by the relative shortness of JFA and AJ, it didn't bug me THAT much. And honestly, I didn't notice any difference in case length.

...hench? Really?

Also, while 1-5 is, as I said before, way too long, it's still one of the best cases in PW:AA, IMO.

Personally, I have no problem with the cases length. They are all interesting and exciting + its own quality (like scary, depressing etc.). That's good for me, I'm not complaining. The important thing to note about entertaining people - stop before people got bored.
But yeah, some cases could have a continuation, no offense here.

I actually like long cases, I felt very unsatisfied with the length of Case 2-4 and 3-5 and most of all 3-4....

I can't see how they could have dragged out 3-4 for more than it already is, myself. Anyway, I do prefer three day trials over the shorter ones, and I hope that GS5 has at least one three day one (the final case maybe?).

It's just that I'd rather it be merged with 3-5 to make it longer like they did with 4-4...

For me, length does not matter to me. As long as it's an interesting case than I don't mind how long it is
