Do you remember in the final case, while investigating with that machine that Ema give you to look under the forged paintings, that underneath them were some sketches that Drew did? The sketches of the 3 cases you've already done?
Did it ever explain why Drew had done them sketches? Or how he even knew of the cases?
As I'm sure he had no contact with the outside world (aside from Vera, Spark and his letter box.)
I remember Apollo finding it really weird, but I don't recall ever finding out why (I may have missed it since I stayed up really late playing that case and was possibly half asleep).
It's been bugging me for about 3 days now, so I was wondering if anyone knew.

I'm surprised so many people ask this question, because it was explained (or at least very strongly implied) in the game itself. Vera says that her father felt so bad about what happened to Phoenix as a result of the fake evidence that he began to watch his career. When he heard that the Wright & Co Law Office was taking cases again, he was thrilled and paid close attention to the cases.

Those sketches were only there for the purpose of being covered up anyway, so Drew was probably just sketching what was on his mind at the time. As to how he knew the details of each case, those kinds of things are probably released after the trial has taken place. The sketches didn't depict anything that someone just watching the news wouldn't know.
