You can't see it when you're actually playing the video item in the court record, if that's what you mean. If you mean time of the video in-game that you see it, then no, can't remember.

Yeah, you can't find this by just playing the video randomly--it happens at one point when that section of the video is shown in court.
I remember seeing it when I decided to check the Court Record in the middle of the video, which made the text box turn into a bunch of black and green lines for some reason. And there WAS this black blob sort of thing that looked like a person. I'm pretty sure it stayed there, too, even when I exited the Court Record and the video resumed. I can't remember when it was shown, either. ^^;
My guess is that it's just a small glitch. It seemed more like a human-shaped blob than an actual person.
