I just finished Case 3 but I don't understand the last part of it...... Sadshoe

Can anyone briefly describe what did Odoroki said? Meekins

At that point, the prosecution is asking for some solid proof that Daian is involved in smuggling the cocoon. Odoroki "presents" Maki, who helped Daian with smuggling, saying that Maki is going to confess the smuggling bit. Daian laughs, saying that Maki would never confess as that means he'll be found guilty and be executed back in his own country. Odoroki says that Maki will be on trial in Japan, and that smuggling isn't as big an offense as murder, so Maki WILL confess or face execution anyway for Romaine's murder. Daian freaks out, knowing his situation has just become hopeless.

Does the ending say what exactly happens to Maki? (Does he go back and get executed, does he stay in Japan, or maybe something else?)

They really need to start putting in Epilouges in the games(be it during the End Credits or just a little soemthing extra added to teh end of cases)about what happened to everyone in the cases. This way we can know things like what happens to accomplices to murderers, villains, and other case-specific characters.
