OMG, I cannot believe I'm even considering asking this. This is just going to spark a huge debate between :phoenix:

Who is the top assistant to the lawyer, Maya or Trucy?

The only real heat is between Apollo vs. Phoenix. For example, people may like Phoenix but prefer Trucy.

IMO, Trucy.

Maya isn't a especially popular character, from what I've seen on these forums, whereas Trucy is.
I don't like either especially to be honest.

I'd say each has their good points (I usually don't like picking favorites). However, I do think Trucy is cuter and I like the whole idea of the brother/sister legal team!

We did a poll on this a long time back, and though Maya ultimately beat Trucy, it was a closer race than the other categories:

I like Maya as a character, but Trucy is more entertaining to have around as an assistant. As for usefulness, Ema wins that category.

BTW people who still visit this forum liked AJ usually. The stirring would be in the Defendant Lobby or GS5 section?

I liked Trucy, but I felt she was too simple as a character. Hi again, Mr. Hat!

And Mr. Hat reminds me of how little money the spriters have. A magician is supposed to be fancy and constantly bringing out new tricks. Trucy brings out Mr. Hat every single time she has to perform magic. It gets dull, even Apollo notes it.

I consider Maya as a deeper, more interesting and funnier character.

I really don't care for either. :/

Maya seemed kinda boring to me and pretty much had one personality type (OMG BURGERS! STEPLADDERS! BURGERS! SISTER! Ugh) and Trucy was kinda meh. Then again, it's only been one game with Trucy, so she still has time to grow on me, but I'd rather have Ema.

The best part of waking up, is Godot in your cup. :godot:

Somehow, I knew this was a bad idea. Let's make it even worse. In 'top assistant to the lawyer', you will judge in 3 categories:
1) Ladder/Stepladder jokes
2) Who was funnier?
And perhaps the worst idea of all time...
3) Who was cuter?
