With everyone I am anticipating the New ace attorney investigations , so I went over Apollo Justice Ace Attorney,

So my question is that were is Maya Fey ?

My guess is she went to take over the Kurain Channeling technique.

I could only find some vague references in the game;
2nd tournabout , Noodle guy makes reference to Maya as wright's assistant visiting his noodle store.

and when you play as him there is no maya in court!

With Pearl I can not imagine where she has gone....

There's another reference in the second case. Just examine the videos in Nick's hospital room to see it.

Maya's canon future intended after game 3 by the GS writers:

[PW3 credits ie. less than 2 months before 'Flashback Trial']

Maya:I'll really have to work extra hard now!

Maya: Master of Kurain and the office manager of Wright & Co. Law Offices.

Maya: And I have to be a good big sister to Pearly and Nick, too!

Here the writers themselves have officially decided that being Kurain Master does not mean staying in Kurain permanently or not having time for anything else. She's also going to continue as Assistant General Manager and look after Phoenix, who is family. The disbarring won't eliminate 'look after Phoenix, who is family.'

Also, they set the precedent that the Kurain Master doesn't have to spend all their time in Kurain anyway. Misty still wielded her Kurain Master influence from her place in hiding.

Misty got the coup of forming alliances in the legal world and even [making the disastrous mistake of] getting her channelling as evidence in court. That meant some high up connections in the legal world were possible with her position. It's pretty clear who could have got some disgraced disbarred hobo in such a pivotal position in the jurist trial. Maya's Kurain Master diplomacy potentials and Edgeworth's legal knowledge and clout. Otherwise... the whole thing makes no sense whatsoever.

So when Maya sends the DVDs, she's obviously not in Phoenix's city [we can assume Kurain, since it's the only logical other location] but Apollo sees little of Phoenix's life [not even his home or anything, unless he lives at the office] and we have no idea what occurs in the months and years offscreen. She could be away temporarily, or too busy helping Phoenix 'indirectly' as one of his 'friends in high places', the other logical one being Edgeworth.

Of course I can also see them ret-coning this to something dumb like her being on a channelling tour of Siberia the whole time....
