These things happen... we'll see if GS4's quality was bad by GS5's quality. If it's as "bad" as GS4, or just a bit better, the series will have lost it's charm.
If GS4 is the black sheep of the series, we'll be in the clear! At least, we're not like those Fallout 3 fanboys. Ugh, they're like a cult.

So...if you consider GS4 on the same level as GS1, Odoroki is receiving about the same amount of help Phoenix originally did. As players it can be frustrating for us because we've finished three games already - we don't need that help. But Odoroki is new, and when you consider how much GS4 is selling, a lot of the people playing it are new to the series as well. Takumi did warn us ahead of time that the game would be easier. Without making the cases duller, the only way to do that is to give you more help.
I wish Odoroki could be a little more independant as well, but I remember wishing the same thing about Phoenix.

Kinda seemed like once the last witness came on the stand Kyouya figured it out. But it's not like he led Odoroki by the nose.
He's still less annoying than Mia, imo~

I still hold it's not that much more than Mia gave you throughout PW:AA. Certainly not as aggravating as Mia's "Check out this list, which renders the entire trial thus far meaningless" stunt in 1-2.
