Ok, for those who have never seen any of the breakdowns in action. Here's two of them, these link to youtube do contain spoilers.

and

...this last breakdown was just a little too weird for me....GS just gives me the creeps sometimes.
The air guitar animation was too awesome. Gant

And now I can never play anything that uses missles as a weapon.
Drat, now I can't play Case 4 of AA or play any kirby game that uses the Missle ability(and that's filled with the usual inuendo already)

Missle Yapyap

Anyway, Daians breakdown rocks. Although it is a shame that April May didn't do the same thing, except with her "lady parts" insted of hair.

Then go the animation section of the site. It's there. And quite frankly, if I hadn't played the game, I'd have assumed it was just a "oh no u saw thru mah lie", not a breakdown.

It was too simple and undramatic. It was just sort of "wibblewibble".

From what I've heard, it goes a lot faster in game, than in the sprites. Like Gant's final clap at the end of Case 5.

Yea, I was wondering when someone was going to post the 4-2 breakdown. Then I saw that that was it, kinda dissapointing...I mean look at 4-3 and 4-4. I guess i'll see the animation in game since I got it a couple of days ago. Sal

If I recall it sort of does, but it was still too underplayed. One of the weakest in the series, next to Zenitora's "Seizure" Breakdown.

Case 1's breakdown is alright. For being only a few frames it doesn't fail to deliver. Background stuff was a nice touch.

Case 2's breakdown was boring as hell. I was playing and thought the case was gonna perk up again in a minute but uh... then the case ended. If she hadn't already used pretty much the same animation while being all "OH NO" then I wouldn't have minded. It was kinda anti-climatic really. I'd put it above some of them (1-3, 2-3) but it's one of the worst.

Case 3's is cool. One of my favourites in the series so far I'd say, just lagging behind 1-5 and 2-4.

Case 4's is a little over the top I think. I think he really overreacted. I mean he didn't even really know he did it... kinda.

Spoiler: 4-1/4-4
Not to mention he was already gonna be executed anyway.

But it's a really cool animation so never mind.

I think it looks like his hair, which has a mind of it's own, decided it was fed up with the moron it was attached to and tried to kill everyone in the courtroom. It looked like Daryan was just along for the ride, arms flailing wildly, having lost any control of his movements. Luckily, his body kept the hair from flying far enough to impale-rape anyone.

The two final breakdowns were definitely fun to watch. I rather like the breakdown in the first case too. The breakdown for the second case was rather disappointing, but not all of them have to be overly dramatic I suppose.

although you may not like the 4-2 murderer's breakdown ( and I would have to agree), I would say that Stickler's more than makes up for it-just look at his face as he falls down, best non-murderer breakdown in the series I think (perhaps the only one though)

Hey, I was wondering... the stuff Klavier says before his breakdown is kind of a pun in the English..
"I see... right...
WRIIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT!"

Is it also a pun in the Japanese? I kind of think so, considering Naruhodo is... "I see" or something like that, but does anyone here know?

I'll agree with you on that one. I thought the whole thing with Stickler and the panty-snatching was hilarious.

I personally like Dahlia's second one than Daryan's.

Spoiler:
I thought he made it so dramatic because his only thing he he had left that he owned and loved, his reputation as a defense attorney, spotless and revered, was just made completely worthless. Phoenix mentions that appearance is everything to him (hence the nail polish). He may have lost his dignity as a civilian, but people still knew him as a 'the smiling, honest, best defense attorney in the west'. But what would the public think of him now? Millions were watching the nation's first jury trial, and his downfall on television. Many of whom probably thought of him as one of the best defense attorneys in history. Big fans of him probably didn't even believe he committed the murder and was falsely accused.

Now he's just known as a fake. A big fat, lying, forging fake.

In reference to the 4-4 breakdown, look at THAT PERSON's hands. That is NOT natural.

Favourite breakdowns, not in specific order:

-Damon Gant
-Kristoph Gavin
-Daryan Crescend
-Matt Engarde
-Von Karma
-Dahlia Hawthorne
-Winston Payne (not cos' he's guilty)

That's all I can think of.
