Courtroom Lounge - AA4. I really don't know why.
Trial - AA1. Again, I don't know why, especially considering that AA1's trial music sounds the least fitting for a court of justice.
Tricks and Magic - To be honest, AA1 and AA4 are the only ones I remember. Between those, I prefer AA1.
Inform the Truth - AA1. Just epic. You and the prosecution are totally locked in a no holds barred duel of evidence and fingerpointing, without going too over the top like AA3's ItT music did.
Examination: Moderate - AA4. Something about it just reminds me: "You're gonna have to think very carefully about this." while at the same time giving off the feeling that lives are on the line.
Examination: Allegro - AA4, for the same reason as the moderate version.
Objection! - AA1. None of the other games do such a good job of letting you know that you just blew a gaping hole in the prosecution's case. AA2 and 3 are kind of weak in this aspect, and AA4's is just overdramatic. Which would be alright, except for the fact that you hear this every time you successfully point out a contradiction. Something like AA4's objection music would be more fitting for bigger contradictions, like the Inform the Truth music.
Pursuit: Cornered - AA4. Sure, AA1 and AA3 are all like "You are now ready to own the prosecution's face off." but AA4 sounds more like dramatic rescue music. Fitting when you consider the reason why you're even in court in the first place: To save your client.
Won the Lawsuit - AA1's is the only really memorable one.
