I'm beginning to get worried now. Everywhere is listing Apollo Justice as coming out in Europe in March, some going as far as to say the 7th. However, Nintendo's own website, which has since it has been announced has said "Release: March 2008" now simply says "Release: 2008". This sounds awfullly like a delay to me. You can check it here. I hope it is released on March 7th, my birthday is on the 12th!

Yeah, but Capcom Europe don't even seem to realise that JFA, T&T or AJ:AA even exist! :yogi:

I feel for you guys, and trust me, I'll be thinking of you the whole time as I play AJ right after it comes out. XD

Just kidding... It really does suck that Capcom Europe hasn't released T&T yet and hasn't made official plans for AJ. I wonder what's taking them?

Import.

ROM/Emulator (Illegal. and I've heard the DS emulators are f**king slow.)

Yah, they're your options.

I feel Europeans...delays are quite bad (and I can imagine that some of the Smash Bro. fans are really feeling it)..

It's sad that we are the forgotten continent when it comes down to game industry. That's why I love the DS: it has no region codes so I can import my games. And actually, importing games is much cheaper than buying them from my homeland. I got AJ:AA for €~25 (including deliveries) while it would have cost me about €40-60 if I was to buy it from a game store here. Same thing was with T&T.

There is also downsides when it comes to importing games. If too many people import their games, European releases are going to vanish in time and we won't get GS5 or GS6 (if it is coming) at all. ;_;

Jesus christ Nego, cop on. Just because some European fans are importing doesn't mean everyone. There's AA fans outside of this community and I know that for a fact. Just because the diehard fans (aka CR members) are importing doesn't mean the release isn't going to happen.

And there'll be a GS5, Capcom's said as much.

Geez, can't you read? I said IF too many people import their games! I also know some AA fans who haven't come to CR and who aren't going to import the games. I was just telling that there is also a downside to it all just like there is a dowside to everything. I wasn't saying it was going to happen so you had no need to try to correct me.

I can, dipshit. Given that there's only about 3,500 fans on the site, about 30-40% European, it wouldn't matter a toss if everyone imported. There's still AA fans outside of this community.

So yeah.

I reckon it's still headed for March. They've been doing the foreign language translation the whole time, seeing as we saw German and French screenshots and trailers before we got any English ones.

So it's not that, if it IS going to be delayed.

And I never said that you didn't. Pay attention.

You're saying that if we keep up the way we're going, it's unlikely we'll see a European release of AA5 and AA6. That's disregarding the AA fans outside of the community, and they're in the majority.

The should release the 3rd game first as the dates are quite confusing it seems it's gonna be the 4th game then later on the 3rd one will release...won't that be quite confusing to gamers?

The schedule is pretty fucked up, but there's rumours that T&T is out in February, then there's rumours of a simulataneous release. Time will tell, I suppose.

And not all of them understand English.

The games don't get translated into German, French, Italian and Spanish for nothing. There are many European people out there who'd rather enjoy their PW in their own language than import it from America.

I never said that. I said IF too many people (when it gets to over 70-90% of all games imported to Europe) it would happen. Please, try to read more carefully next time. I never said it would happen if only the people on CR import the games.

Darzie, don't be a dick :P

From their interviews and such, Capcom has made it clear that PW is a series they think is worth fighting for. GS4 sold like crazy in Japan, and even if the fan reception means those number will sink by the time the game comes out here, it's still worth the investment. Just because the European websites can't get their act together doesn't mean Capcom Europe is bailing on us. Remember, the European shots of AJ were released long before the American ones.

I feel bad for our European friends that they have to wait, but a little patience and support of the game will keep Capcom coming back.

When Europe Suffer's, Australia Suffer's more.
I feel bad for Europe, but I feel badder for my own country.
We got Phoenix Wright only a year ago, heck JFA isn't even half a year old yet. If Europe get it in March, then theoretically we get it in...September maybe.

I'm wondering which will come first...T&T or AJ. I suspect at this rate Apollo Justice will.
Correct me if I'm wrong (which I probably am)
Didn't GS4 come out in Japan before GS3DS? Perhaps their repeating that in Europe.
Whatever the case, I hope they get to Europe Quickly, then to Australia.

I don't mind the wait, as long as both T&T and AJ are released before 2009.

I hope they don't delay it, because if they do, I've a feeling that I'll be playing Brawl before both those games get released.

The AA series has always had pretty good release dates, compared to other game series' at least. I think that it'll come out at the date that it was already set out, but if it isn't then it won't be any more than 1 month later. I mean, JFA took about 2-3 months. It's just TaT that's had the blip really.

I very much doubt that. At this rate, Brawl will come out in Europe in around 2018! :toaster:

You guys in Europe gets it easy. We don't have JFA or T&T released down here in Aus and if we do, it'll mostly likely be the European versions but with the OFLC ratings stuck on...

GS4 looks likely in not being brought down here though :sadshoe:

Tbh; I'd wait until Capcom comes out and says it instead of resting your hopes on worthless dates.

As a European I am annoyed about this, but its why I imported GS2/3 straight from Japan. Honestly, when get it for nearly half the price you do in Europe.. well. (Although I did see JFA for £10 in a SUPER Market for £10 during a sale not too long after it came out. :S)

My heart goes out to those who can't import.

From the whispers currently at where i work. Capcom are delaying it due to importers. The issue they are having is based on the facts that a lot of people would rather import handheld games then get them from them. AA games being the biggest train-wreck for them currently as the AA sales in the EU were very very low thanks to the japan verson having english in it.

Its coming down to Capcom now wanting to spend money on it without good cause. Apollo Justice on the other hand they are trying to RUSH out so they don't get that issue with it. Thats why the date is planned for BEFORE T&T, not after.

As much sense as it makes in a business stand point, its proof in a way that Capcom EU have no idea what the hell they are doing most of the time. -_- :yogi:

Folks, Nintendo Europe is publishing the game in Europe as well as handling the translation, so the situation is out of Capcom's control. That also means that the specific release date stated on nintendo.co.uk is almost definitely the official release date.

And that's way too far away, so I'll be importing for certain now. Hurrah for the local import games shop. I should have it by March 5th. n__n

Apollo Justice Official UK Page; it's got some new screens that might interest you if you're not reading this on the 20th. :P
