In 1:4 towards the beginning, after oyu find out what is underneath the paintings(the sketches) what did you think? I thought that Vera or Drew was one of those people who sketches the court scenes in real life...yes.. I'm an idiot.

When Letouse said th witness was the siren, I honestly thought he meant Meekins. I was like "YAY Meekins!"

in 4-4 when they said THAT SOMEONE WAS THE ONE TO SAY IF THE DEFENDANT IS GUILTY OR NOT I though that was the one

totally thought Lamiroir died when Apollo found her in the guitar case.
i was even "confirmed" by Apollo saying "two bodies in two days is two too many" -- i thought he meant corpses.

i was thankful to find out soon after, that Lamiroir is still alive.

They were saying some kid used a gun that could disocate an adult's arm, ya a kid can totally shoot something that powerful and be fine after. (They didn't mention him being hurt, and if he was I and I was the prosecution I'd have used a broken arm against the defence, so it's unlikly he actually used the gun.)

I thought Pheonix was the one that did 4-4, I thought he did what Kristoph did lol.

When Vera said that she saw the devil (later to be confirmed as a hand twitch), I thought Dahlia had come back somehow and Kristoph saved her, that's why she liked him so much...

When you enter Lamiroir's dressing room for the first time, I didn't realise that the door you see was the one you came in through, so the issue of 'but how could someone get out of the room?' didn't make much sense. Also, when they said that there were bullet holes in the wall, I somehow interpreted that as them saying that the killer shot through the wall. I can be shockingly stupid at times.

Just in general, after keying the whole small window thing and the bullet holes on the walls, I originally thought the killer shot the victim through the window which is why he/she missed some times. I mean that makes sense doesn't it?

I pretty much figured out what was going on with Ini, but for some stupid reason I thought Maya had been hidden in the Side room and the bullet had shot through the wall all the way into the side room. Stupid map D<

Doug used his umbrella to zip-wire down the electric cable and he fell and died.

I originally thought that Apollo and Trucy would get together...then, of course, I remembered that she's fifteen and he's twenty-two. And there's also that little bitty issue of "incest" once I found that out...

When you control the jurist and you make your choice, the jurist's sleeve falls and you see a bracelet like Apollo's.
When I saw that I thought "ZOMG It's Apollo's... DAD!"

In the MASON system when you speak to Valant and you ask if he killed Magnifi, I dunno how I read it, but I thought he had admitted to kill him. Then, when he says he didn't do anything and he heard a gunshot AFTER he was out of the room, I immediately said out loud, "AH HA! KRISTOPH KILLED MAGNIFI!" then I hear that he commited suicide, and I was like... o.o oh.

When you speak to "Shadi Smith" in the MASON system, and he's all, "surely you haven't forgotten me?", I was just like, "...um, no. Go away, wierdo." Then it flashes back to Zak Gramarye and I'm like , "ZOMG REVELATION!!!"

And yeah, when I found Lamiroir in the guitar case, I also thought she was dead. OH *remembers something else* and when Machi and LeTouse were on that high platform, I thought Machii was dead. >_<

I always wondered about Daryan's motive. Was it ever established. As far as
why he wanted the cocoon I mean.

I got to the point in court when they were debating Machi's blindness. When it came up that "Lamiroir held Machi's hand all the way to the piano for an entirely different reason", my mind jumped to conclusions. It didn't occur to me that Lamiroir was blind. I thought that it was because they were secret lovers, and the whole blindness was a ruse so that they could just hold hands - obviously they wouldn't want anybody to know because it'd be pretty illegal. Ahem. Yeah, my mind is quite dodgy. ;_;

And I also thought that Lamiroir was dead once she was found in the guitar case.

When Kristoph appeared at the end of the intro, I almost had a heart attack. He is one scary, scary man.

In 4-4, there are all these referances to "Seeing the Devil," When Kristoph is around. I was all "ZOMFG HE'S POSSESED?"
Then I beat his testimony, and saw no devil.
It was only after I saw a picture of his scar on court records that I realized "Oh, that's what they meant"

Dahlia had come back and Kristoph was possessed by her or something

I thought he was planning to sell it on the black market for tons of money. He did say it would be difficult in his testimony, but who's to know if he was telling the truth... He also says it can be prepared as a cure but can just as easily become a deadly poison, which is probably the source of appeal for it on the black market.

When I found the key ring in the victim's fist, I thought Klavier was the killer...

I got all kinds of weird ideas on this case, particularly that either Larry, Bikini, or Pearl was the murderer (hey, this was a very WTF case!) and Godot was someone channeling Diego (speaking of which, before 3-4, I thought he might be someone channeling Manfred, because we know he hates Phoenix... different personality and look, of course, but it could be a different technique). And of course, at first, I also thought Iris was Dahlia.

Mostly, I was just friggin' scared because I thought Wocky was gonna die. Also, when Mr. Hat "threatened" Trucy, I thought he was someone connected with the Kitakis and therefore on my side, so no real problem, because I fully intended on saving Wocky anyway.

Okay, so I'd figured out that Daryan was in charge of the cocoon smuggling... but I thought he just wanted it because it was pretty (because it was!), and he'd gone to Borginia to get it, and they didn't find it because he hid it in his hair, which I thought was like that because he styled it around the cocoon.

I thought Kristoph was possessed by some demon connected with the darkness that was mentioned about the Gramaryes and Klavier, and his breakdown would be another epic exorcism that would end up killing him and Klavier would go emo or something.

A lot of people started having panic attacks when they found out that Dahlia had a sister. Many thought that Iris had switched places with Dahlia before she was hung ;-;

;-; Kristoph can't be evil, he just can't Dahlia must be mind raping him or something....

When he said "the witness is the siren",i thought "HOLY SHIT MONSTERS"

I thought that Daryan shot through the window form the stage and thats why he missed his cue.

The bulletholes were on that side of the room...and the body was found lying down nearly flat against the other wall. Meaning the shooter HAD to be on that side of the room. We already discovered that the window was not used to shoot the victim. The only working scenario is that the killer came in, perhaps talked with him, took his gun, then while cornered against the makeup table, shot him. But...this means that if he didn't see his own killer, I'd have to declare the guy legally BLIND. What the heck really did happen there? And how did he know that Lamiroir was above? The knowledge of the magic trick was extremely limited!

MORE PANTIES!??? It was funny the first time, and I knew I'd have to present them in court...but the degree to which they related to the case almost creeped me out. At least I shared Apollo's sentiments afterwards. (never speak of that moment again...)

Since I basically had no idea what the game was about before I played it, I was honestly very surprised when I found out that Kristoph was the killer. I was like "NO WAI!" He seemed to... I dunno, he just didn't seem like a killer at first, but you know... after his meltdown and stuff. I started to just blame everything on him. Panties were stolen? Kris did it. A painter was poisoned? Kris did it. There's no milk in my fridge? You damn well bet that Kris did it.

I honestly thought that Lamiroir was going to end up being the killer before it was apparent that Daryan had something to hide. I was like "Just watch she's going to be like all the other chicks in the series and have a crazy psycho side to her."

Yeah, that was definitely a very big surprise to me. When Phoenix asked the question, I just looked at the profiles and did process of elimination...(And accepted Payne's previous rebuttal "It wasn't me!" Come on. Payne being relevant to the plot? Unheard of.) They set up the response system very nicely; only a few lines in did they actually reveal that my answer was correct. I like it when they do that.

I enjoyed the fact that they changed it up from the first three games. You know, how it was always the first witness who did it, so when I realized it wasn't Olga, I have to admit, I was left feeling really confused until things started to unveil themselves.

I thought Daryan had created his alibi by using the coliseum's sound system to pump the sound of gunshots into the room.

Wasn't it because the police chief's son was sick with the disease that the Borginian cocoon's magic elixir stuff would cure and he believed there would be now way it would go wrong?

Once they revealed the whole right temple contradiction thanks to Wesley's testimony in the first trial, I understood that the killer had to be in the noodle stand. So I started to think that Eldoon did it: he was hiding in the stand and Meraktis didn't notice him because he could easily be mistaken for a bowl of noodles O_o Eldoon's motive would have been obvious, but I still don't get why he would have actually been IN the noodle stand nor why Meraktis would have pulled it in that case... Maybe he was asked to do it for some creepy reason... Anyway, quoting Valant: "it is forbidden for [creeps] to have a good imagination" !

I spent the whole case wondering whether it was Phoenix or Kristoph that dit it. Knowing the facts, Phoenix was the only potential criminal other then our sweet blondie devil.
Then they could have gotten rid of Nick and started focusing on Apollo's own story... On the other hand, it would have meant that the lovable character you played through a dozen of incredibly complicated cases including one in which he had to face a difficult moral dilemma (2-4) had become a vindicative bitch of sorts. This would have been the strangest playing experience of all.
