I'm sure there are enough people on here who have played Pokemon for this topic to get a few replies. So which Pokemon do you think fit best with different characters from Apollo Justice, and why? I'll start with a few: : Loudred - Polly's still young, and Loudred isn't fully evolved. Plus Loudred can train with the Chords of Steel program right along with him. : Growlithe - Standard police-issue Pokemon, seen with most of the Officer Jennys in the Pokemon anime. : Persian - He probably goes home to his pet cat after yet another devastating loss in court. : Chatot - The Music Note Pokemon. Need I say more? : Jigglypuff - To sing along with her...without putting everyone to sleep of course. :p

would have something more like Blissy, methinks. I think Blissy can learn sing too, and it's known for taking care of people, and Lami seems very caring and such. would have Espeon. It's cute, and it's a Psychic type, so it could help with stage illusions.

For some reason, I keep thinking Apollo would have a Jolteon. I think I once had a good reason why, but I can't remember it anymore.

I mean, - Viola would probably have either a Murkrow or a Honchcrow, due to the obvious misfortune symbolism and mob connections. would have a Jynx. I mean, really. :P

I can't decide between Tangela and Slugma. Tangela for the noodles, or Slugma for the spicy hot sauce. I was close to saying Kadabra, but I think Xatu suits him better. Smeargle. It's so obvious. It's hard to picture Meekins without having a Wobbuffet. Zangoose, it suits the next one so well. Seviper. Zangoose and Seviper are enemies, as are Juan and Matt. Primeape, to suit his scrappy fighting attitude. Roselia, though its petals won't stay on it for long. Spoink, solely because Pearl bounces so much. Slowpoke. Seriously, he's so slow. Vileplume. You're lured in by the pretty flower, only to get caught in its spore.

Butterfree. Cute, and known for being dangerous with stun spore and such. Ralts. Cute and frail, and really smart while Machi is a piano genius so... Haunter or Murkrow because they like to trick people.

= Would have an Alakazam, both are really smart, but never help anyone out. = MAGNATON. BZZ. BZZ. = Lucario. Because if you search around, you'll find that Lucario sees people's Aura, and that's sort of like Godot's visor, maybe?

Bulbasaur because of Vine Whip Jolteon. Do I really have to explain this one? Mew. t3h cuteness Lucario, because theyre both cool as f*ck Steelix, because theyre both really *really* shiny Munchlax. They can both eat. And eat. And eat. And eat. And..... Magikarp. They try to be useful, and eventually are. But not so much Deoxys. Both pure evil. I think. Not seen the Deoxys movie Scisor. Because Scisor sounds like scissor, and thats what Odorokis hair looks like Bagon, because it has a rock hard headThats all I've got fo now |

Nah, is more like Scyther than Scizor I think. Scyther's sharper.Anyway... gets Arcanine. Big and furry, but nice. should have Persian. It's pretty and is somewhat calm and spoiled, but can be nice when it really wants to. gets Gardevoir because it's pretty~ (And strong.)

Yeah, well, a lot of the Pokémon listed could work for either what they'd probably catch or what they'd probably be, so... It works both ways I suppose. |

Wow, nobody has said torchic for Polly yet? They both have the passionate heart burning red, because Torchic is a fire type. Also, Torchic has Apollo's hairstyle... |

While I was lying down before napping I was thinking of more, and torchic came up in my mind for Polly. But ya beat me. Chatot could also be Polly too...? Matt gets a skitty..or a glameow. getting a Stylio sounds good to me. Wonder what that would look like?

I'd say Metapod, personally... And he'd never evolve it either. Just keep usign "Harden" over and over again. ... then flee from battle. |

Metapod can know Tackle and String Shot if you evolved it from a Caterpie. Again, I am such a geek.

Dirty. Can't the cocoon type poh-key-MANZ use tackle as well? Or stun spore? Maybe I'm imagining things. This inspires me..kind of. |

Well, let's see...As a complete Pokemon fanatic(believe me, for years it was the only thing I played, and now the only thing that tops it is Phoenix Wright. I'm such a nerd... ) I know pretty much every Pokemon in the universe. I've always thought of Ho-Oh for him. It made so much sense, and now it rolls off the tongue so easily! HoboHo-Oh!Latias would fit pretty well. They're magical and mysterious, they like to have fun in the T.V. show(in the game they just frustrate you like the weather girl does ) and they're so cute! Houndoom. They're evil, they kill others, they burn down your house, and then they maul your lawyer. Poor Apollo...(I actually love Houndoom. Just like I actually love Krissi <3)He re-styled my clothes though. Rapidash. It's a very nice Pokemon with a pure heart. And it's a unicorn. would be an Eevee. They're the fox Pokemon, of course!!!Actually, that's all I could think of. My stupid brain won't work right now... |

beowulf+sernade wrote: :takita: would be an Eevee. They're the fox Pokemon, of course!!! I disagree. Eevee only looks like an American Fox. Vulpix closely resembles the kitsune of Japanese mythology, and because Pokemon was made in Japan... it wouldn't surprise me that Vulpix would intended to be more Fox'ish. Vulpix's classification is fox anyway according to the Pokedex. Also the Kitakis are supposed to be based on kitsunes in the Japanese original. I am such a Pokemon geek.... |

-- I can bet on three I think he'd have. A Persian as a pampered pet for a pampered rock star, a Chatot that he can train to sing his songs back at him, and a Piplup Spoiler: 4-3 -- He'd have a team of fire types and one dark type that can use fire type moves: Flareon, Torchic/an evolution thereof, Charmander/evolution thereof, Cyndiquil/evolution thereof, Magby/evolution thereof, and ONLY one of the following dark types: Umbreon or Absol [the only ones I know so far that can use moves like flamethrower and ember.] -- Definitely would have Ninetales [everyone's listed the reasons so far.], Gardevoir or Gallade [Either one because they're both pretty stylish. At least...I think so on Gallade, I don't know about everyone else.], and an Absol Spoiler: entire game spoilers possibly -- He'd have both an Eevee and a Vulpix. Since they're pretty much modeled after two different kinds of foxes. So there. Covering both kinds of foxes. -- Various adorable-looking psychic types, including but not limited to: Espeon [Adorable just like her.], Kirila [Again, adorable factor.]. -- Burmy [xD I'd explain but the explaination comes from an inside joke that only my irl friends know.]

I think Daryan's pokemon lineup? Stunky AND a Skuntank Sharpedo Silcoon AND/OR a Cascoon And I totally LOL'd at the Magmar comment. Dahlia would have a lot of the butterfly pokemon, I think. Man, I could sit here all day thinking up of some, but it's nearly 4 AM. MAYBE NEXT TIME. |

Daryan: Metapod and Kakuna, Stunky, Sharpedo, Magmar (lol) Silcoon and Cascoon go to Machi. Dahlia: Beautifly (it fits her better than Butterfree IMO), Ninetales (vengeful, like Krissi, and a pretty fire-type... to go with the flaming butterflies XD), Mismagius ('Cuz, you know... she's dead, and Missy is the "cutest" ghost-type IMO) |
