Spoiler: Just in case!
In the past case, the picture of the crime scene is a little unrealistic. If you notice, there is no blood on the victim's pillow, now this is strange considering he was shot STRAIGHT in the forehead.
What do you guys think.

May have something to do with the gun used. Doesn't look like one that would do major major damage, no?

It doesn't matter what gun. Because if it couldn't cause much damage anyway, then in order to get a critical headshot, he'd have to use it at point blank range. So, if the bullet goes through the head, then he loses alot of blood.

I can see your logic in it though.

Maybe it wasn't a through and through? The bullet could have been lodged in his brain and was removed later...? I don't remember what they said about the bullet when it was presented, if it was recovered from the victim or from the wall...

Yup, they said it was from the victim. Remember from case 5 in T&T, when the sword was empaled in Elise's body and it acted like a lid, preventing blood from being splattered everywhere. Maybe the bullet acted like a lid in the victim's forehead?

Although you have to question on why not blood spills out of his nose or mouth...or something like that.

There would have been some blood at the scene. It would have oozed out around the bullet entry, or it would have found another way out. If there was a bullet in his brain, the blood WOULD come out. Through his eyes, his nose, his mouth. It'd just...get out somehow. I'm almost positive on this face, because I read about something similar in one of my Forensics classes.

I bet you any money it was a magical bullet, and that Magnifi isn't really dead, and will be the main evil witness/prosecutor/villain of the next game. And he will taser Apollo to get incriminating evidence from him. :karma:
