A spin-off of a Pheonix Wright thread, since people keep ignoring the rules and posting about Apollo Justice in it.;-; Let's all have fun!

I've learned that it's okay if the Prosecution unknowingly submits false evidence-they won't get punished for it. The Defense, however, will, even if they are clearly not at fault.

And that it's completely possibly for a frail, tiny, blind fourteen-year-old to murder a huge, specially-trained bodyguard, using a high-calibur weapon that would likely severly injure your average adult. Yeah, nothing odd about that.>_>

that completely inaccurate disease names like "incuritis" are perfectly acceptable medical terms in the future....

Do I have to explain it? :nick: sigh...
the suffix '-itis' is ONLY used for a disease in which a part of the body is swelling. (e.g. appendicitis swelling of the appendix, arthritis swelling of the joints0
so if that's the case incuritis is the swelling of the incurableness. personally liked cureless syndrome better.

And that it's okay to refuse to use dirty money for you son's operation, even if he could die any minute.

It's okay to use unauthorized forensics materials to analyze a crime scene well before the real team gets there.

Your brother and one of your best friends can both go to jail, and you will barely be affected at all.

I've learned that...

-All Prosecutor's are stars, even if they've never prosecuted a single case, lose all the the cases they prosecute against you, or rely on unethical methods.

-If you are arrested on suspicioun of murder, you are definately innocent.

-If you kill someone and want to quickly dispose of the body, don't check and see if they're really dead, stash them in a noodle cart that your fingerprints will be left on or you will be witnessed wheeling, head for the house of the local gangsters-one of whom you left to die and whose fiancee you believe you just killed. No way will anything go wrong.

I learned that:

- People who twitch are liars.

- Dress code standards are more flexible in the future. Clothes you wear in court are acceptable at rock concerts and vice versa.

- It is not generally frowned upon to leave your child in the custody of your lawyer and disappear for 7 years without child support, and ruining the career of said lawyer in the process.

- The ability of your lawyer can be determined through a card game.

- Judicial figures lack common sense. That's why they need jurists.

Actually, the card game was never to determine the lawyers ability, but to judge what kind of person they were. That's why he ended up choosing Phoenix.

New judicial systems will always finish their preparations right when you really need them.

If you carry around a locket of your mom, and you meet someone who looks kinda like her, you will not feel the need to comment on this. At all.

The prosecution will spoon-feed the defense attorney.

Little twitches that happen right after an incident can be considered real habits and are very relevant.

You can buy special sound effects rings that produce guitar-like sounds whenever you pretend to play one.

You can store a giant wooden puppet in a pocket (along with a full sized cape).

A man can be shot in the head without a mess of blood.

Shoe has minions posted everywhere. (cat in meraktis clinic garage)

It is extremely easy to escape a courthouse if you are on trial for murder, by simply running into the first lobby you find and exiting through (probably) the front doors. The baliff will be sidetracked by something that looks like you but clearly isn't, and the 2 guards by the door in each lobby (seriously, you see em whenever you're in the defense lobby) don't really care.
I'm FINALLY back after months of just being a guest on the website, seeing an old topic I created, and randomly guessing my password to get my account back =3

That is... epic. :rock'n:

Anyway...

If the prosecutor pulls an air guitar, the defense will get double penalty.

Prison guards are stupid and leave jail cells unlocked, so visitors can trick them and then wander in to look at the prisoner's personal belongings.

The witness making fun of the admittedly wimpy prosecutor is perfectly acceptable. ::cough4-1cough::

Prosecutors always have some weird thing they do during court. (finger snap, whip, coffee... and air guitar)

If you magically have someone waiting who can tell that something the defense just now presented is forged, nobody will question the witness's (or your) credibility. Despite the fact that you are way too prepares, especially for your first trial.

Nail polish makes a stylish murder weapon.

Blackmail is totally acceptable to get an interview. Using "End Quote" all the time and generally being obnoxious also is okay.

If your plan fails, be sure to hit your accomplice with a juice bottle and knock her out. That'll teach her.

Aww, leave Brushel alone! He had a good reason to want that interview, after all (his connection to the case from seven years ago).

I've learned that Borginians who speak English like to pretend they don't for no apparent reason.

I've learned that Kristoph has the power to bend light and make it reflect off his glasses in the most worrying way possible.
