I have finished the whole game but one thing i don;t understand is i know that Khristoph killed Shadi Smith and the reason y but i dnt get why Phoneix was so determined to expose Khristoph as the killer i mean he went throught all the trouble of getting Apollo and making the fake ace etc so could anyone tell me i would be greatful. Also how did apollo feel after using fake evidence in his first ever trial and how ocme no one picked up on it and i knoe apollo punched phoniex but is that the reason y ?? thanks |

Kristoph's motive is explained later on in the game... In 4-4. And the reason Phoenix forged the ace is because he knew Kristoph was the killer. True, he would've gotten off even if Olga had been accused, but there was no definitive evidence on Krissi and he knew Olga didn't do it. Since Krissi took away the real ace, he had the fake ace in order to get better proof. And yes, Polly hit Phoenix because he was angry about the forged card. |

The motive will be explained later, at the end of that case doesn't it mention you finding out eventually? Keep playing the game and you'll eventually learn his motive. Think of it like Dahila from T&T, case 1 left a good amount of her unanswered Spoiler: T&T |
