I don't know if anyone's pointed this out yet, but in the Mason System, how come you are able to present evidence you got in the future in the past? |

This has been addressed countless times already. It's basically for gameplay purposes, as all the evidence you get from the future to present in the past can be easily inferred, for story purposes, to have been acquired in the past (prime example: the nail polish bottle -- Vera already had hers when you talked to her; you just needed to see and get Kristoph's to prove the connection). |

Phoenix makes notes about evidence and takes photos of them to the Court Record, that's how. (I think.) |

What's worse is talking to Zak (in the restaurant place before you play poker with him), then going and reasearching in a time where Zak is already dead, then talking to him again using info you got from the future. |

As said it is just a element to show all the events that happened in the past and current 7 years so the player can know what is going on i think it is also a way for the jury to know the events surronding everything also |
