I wanted to order from Amazon but I had gift cards to Borders, and it sounds like nobody got the book in yet anyway so I don't know if there's a difference where you get it or not.
Also something to note is that the Okami artbook was also delayed in the same manner.

It looks that way. Everything seems to be at a standstill, unfortunately. I have no clue what could be causing this delay, but since Udon has a habit of doing this, maybe I shouldn't be surprised. I mean, they have bigger and better projects to do, like...uh...Swans in Space?
All sarcasm aside, this whole matter smells fishy. It might be anyone's guess at this rate...but two of their other large-scale artbooks were delayed, so I guess all we can do is wait...

It was supposed to be released November 13th across europe, however no one who has preordered it has recieved one. It seems they haven't been shipped yet- or been finished translating.
So... no one has a clue...

Wait. Whaaaaaaaat?!
That's a long delay, but I'm not too surprised by it. I sense some serious laziness/reluctance on Udon's part. Their track record isn't the greatest, but they do seem to get their Darkstalkers and Street Fighter books out on time, as well as their children's manga.
Obviously, Udon doesn't know how to get all of its ducks in the same row, and even though they're close to Capcom, they need to learn how to deal with their other franchises (not just Phoenix Wright; Okami and Mega Man have had the same problems.) Had this book been put in the hands of a different publisher, we might just have it already.
I'm really hoping this doesn't get cancelled or abandoned completely, because I've been eagerly looking forward to it since it was announced.

Meaning 95% of it should be pictures.
Pictures that would require no translation.

Now, I've had this before, they got the date way too early for the second PW manga and when it didn't come in, they sent me a similar email (until I pointed out that it wasn't even out for a few weeks) But this is hardly encouraging.

You're correct. Come to think of it, has Capcom even advertised the book at all, on capcom-unity or otherwise? I don't check those sites much, but when I have browsed it, I didn't see anything. This makes sense considering that Udon's artbooks and manga based on licenses are mostly Capcom...are they affiliated commercially?

Has anyone tried Joseph Beth? It seems to me that they might have the book, although it does say "Special Order - Subject to Availability". Unfortunately, they only have 5 locations in the US.
So, I just came by to drop a line about this. I'm not sure if they actually have the book or not, but I am quite suspicious after my mother received a package in the mail in November that she told me not to open.
I hope this helps you guys! Sorry if I'm wrong about the entire thing!
