As the two previous posters mentioned, check the PDF file in Amakiir's first few posts. They'll give you more information on how to make your stats. And it may take a while to finish your whole profile, because you'll have to make a lot of rolls and adjustments in your skills. But please do join!

Hahahaha! First of all, Kuranes (who may or may not be Randolph Carter) is the name of the king of the Dreamlands. Also, this game, being based off of At the Mountains of Madness, involves some major characters. You might actually know Moore then, considering he works in the Geology department for Miskatonic.

As for the actual character, Your size is too small. Its 2d6+6. Either you got six and forgot to add six, or you forgot the 2d6.

The game starts out in New York on September 1st. It is a cold evening for September, maybe a prelude to the events you know are about to unfold. You all received letters saying to go to New York City, to the Amherst Hotel. Maybe it was a coincidence, maybe fate binding together those who would perhaps survive the terrible events, but either way you all seem to be in the lobby, about to check in, all at the same time.

Othello looked around furtively before sitting in the nearest available chair. He was a bundle of nerves. Starkweather and Moore's expedition...Considering what he was asked as he was walking out the door, Othello thought he had every right to be nervous. He heard a conversation going on nearby, but right then, he wasn't paying much attention to anything. Or, at least, he wasn't trying to pay any attention. He hated how he was always paying attention to too many things at once.
