1-1: Cindy going to France, forgetting to change her clock
1-2: Mia just happening to buy that vase right before the murder, it falling over
1-3: Cody saw the Steel Samurai lose, a little bit of Mr. Monkey toppling
1-4: Lotta having a camera set up (as they needed the photos, not just the testimony), the power coming on just when everyone loses consciousness, everyone conveniently having memory loss
1-5: The glove just happened to be in the safe, Gant was able to get out of the police station with no one noticing, Angel was there to witness the murder, the vase looking like the Blue Badger
2-1: Wellington guessing the wrong spelling of Maggey's name
2-2: Grey having a gun and shooting at the perfect angle to get the bullet hole in the sleeve and basket, Pearl breaking the urn, Ini being too stupid to burn all of Maya's outfit
2-3: Everything. Absolutely everything. I'm too lazy to type it all out.
2-4: Franzy and Gummy appearing at the last moment, Matt video taping De Killer, De Killer unquestionably believing Phoenix without even hearing Matt's side of the story
3-1: Doug noticing the connection between Dahlia and poison disappearing, the cables being brittle, the umbrella falling where it did, meeting Phoenix in the reading room
3-2: Atmey's slip-up in his testimony, Larry leaving the security guard office, Adrian breaking the urn
3-3: Glen winning the lottery, Kudo being the witness, no one else entering the restuarant at that time, Tigre not being able to come up with a simple explanation at the end (he found out what the real poison bottle was when he pretended to be Maggey's attorney... which he did out of boredom :D)
3-4: Valerie only having a blue scarf on hand, the rain
3-5: The lightning. Just gonna leave it at that >_>
4-1: Zak trying to beat Phoenix randomly after returning out of the blue, Phoenix finding the card, Kristoph having that one little slip-up
4-2: The bullet landing exactly where it did in Wocky, Stickler breaking Pal's car, Pal being too stupid to tell Alita was unconscious instead of dead, Alita waking up at that exact moment, and Wocky being too stupid to realize he didn't kill Pal
4-3: Romein staying alive just long enough for Polly to hear his last words (which weren't "torpedo-hair killed me"
)4-4: Drew not having any other stamps, inviting Sparky over on that particular night

2-3 is actually an incredibly unlucky case, because if things hadn't happened exactly the way they happened, Max would never have come under suspicion in the first place.

It was a yaoi joke, haha. No, but what happened with Acro was actually pretty lucky. The entire case was pretty much based upon speculation and accusations until the very, very end, when something finally clicked.

2-2: Pearl can't spell "Ami" and put the urn back wrong (which also helped in 3-2)
2-4: Adrian happens to be a woman with an androgenous name, and nobody mentioned her gender when they were talking to DeKiller
3-2: Nick happened to feel around Luke Atmey's bag, which the urn happens to be in there
4-4: Kristoph's time bombs going off (ie Drew getting killed) right before the test run of Trial System
Multiple times that witnesses accidentally slipped up on the witness stand, like mumbling something that gives Nick a chance to press them further.
and the real culprit is always one of the witnesses testifying, the prosecution, the defense, or the client, and they all happen to be in the courtroom for the case.
I almost feel like it's the assistants who give Nick all the luck, 'cause the one time he didn't have one (4-4) his luck ran out
