Anyways umm if he was in prison his mask would have to have been regularly checked anyways, just to keep it clean and accurate. That said perhaps they gave him an updated visor that can point out a colour irregularity and that way he is able to distinguish what is red and what isn't because his visor points it out for him.
By the way I'm currently working on a fangame atm however, I'm sure I may be able to help with the plot. I quite like threading stories together.

Which with the adjustment allows him to check blood pressure in the body which tells if they're hiding something.

I think I already suggested a "filter" option for his visor, that would function like Ema Skye's glasses in seeing the results of Luminol testing. Maybe we could have an option where all colors are inverted? So that blood wouldn't show up red, but the inverted version. I dunno, just a thought.
Also I guess someone wants something similar to a Perceive thing, but since I don't know the limitations of what you'll be using, I can't say anything in that area.
So anyone have an idea for a third upgrade? I dunno what to suggest, personally.

im totally down for the filter idea,but the inverted colors im not sure about,are you saying just one color inverted?
or everything that's in the field of vision? cause i'd get a huge headache from trying to find evidence in something like that

Actually he has potential, to be honest. And unless we're making up some new prosecutor, he's the most recent one to go with, right? It makes logical sense. Of course, I'm sure he'd have to look a bit older too.
Also I was looking through the sprites subforum to see what I could find, and Ceres does an amazing Diego defense bench sprite. I don't think we can use it without asking, naturally, but I just wanted you guys to see it if you haven't already. But he could be used for a Reminiscence case or something, before he became Godot.

It's about 9 posts down. Sorry but I can't exactly post the actual sprite, now can I? Hmm... I think I may ask for my own fan game later to use him. Hopefully Ceres will let me.
Oh also, for the inverted colors thing, if it's too much a headache to invert every color, you could make it so that only red colors become inverted, enabling Diego to see them and thus, examine said objects. We can assume he'll do this automatically in court though, but for investigation scenes, it'd have to be done manually.
As for the other colors, they could all turn into one color or something, to give the impression that he's looking through some kind of special lens (which he is, haha). The "Luminol filter" could just be an add-on of that feature, and is triggered automatically after using Luminol.

i've learned it's hard to keep everyone in character...now,this may sound like a very odd idea,and im not sure how to make it work.....yet
but how about one person acts as one person....like,whoever think's they can pull Ema's character best,wrights what Ema says in the story,like personally,i think i make a damn good Diego when i try,so i would wright what Diego says,so on and so forth
