I'm still worried if I went overboard with the shading. And I tried to fix the eye, but if you still can't see the pupil, then I don't know how to fix it without losing the feeling of "death glare" and getting an "I'm mad at you" look instead.

I noticed for some reason whenever I try to rotate a picture, it becomes a bit blurred. Does this happen to anyone else?

Obviously. If you rotate, it has to fit in the pixels otherwise - and that very rarely means just moving the pixels.

Imagine that every pixel is a square-shaped bucket full of paint. Now you telepathically pick up all the paints out of their buckets, rotate it, and drop it back down. unless you rotated it by 90 or 180 degree increments, they're not going to fall perfectly back into place. They're going to spillover and mix.
