Although I would fix the shirt and tie.
The tie doesn't seem to be straight and the shirt collar doesn't look right. Plus it's too high. Also, Pheonix's neck is way too long.
Other than that, it's a good sprite! Keep it up!

Ok well apart from the shirt and tie being a bit messed up, Kristoph's suit is double breasted whereas Nick's... isn't. Nor does he have a waistcoat under it.
For the shirt collar you're probably best copying Grey's, or even Grossberg's if you shrunk it a little.
It's not bad for a first try though =D

I did try grossberg's collar but didn't use it in the end because I couldn't shrink it properly

I know. At first I thought that his profile picture's head was too small but then I found out otherwise and couldn't be bothered to scrap young Phoenix's head.
