That's because the original always had lackluster presentation, but it was less noticeable until OSO2 came around. Now we all hate it more.

I hope Elite Beat Agents 2 will have a similar unlock. It'd suprise me, though. Ouendan isn't nearly as popular over here as EBA is over there.

I figured the agents would look funny doing Ouendan moves. It's still something I'd love to see, even though I like the EBA dances better. I like something different now n' then.
I never really liked the Diva moves in EBA, so I bet I won't be disappointed here.
Oh right, and I meant to ask, does J have his own voice samples in multiplayer mode?

I'll try and do some multiplayer tomorrow or whenever and find out, but there isn't one in the singleplayer (a voice sample for J, that is).
Is there a download link for the in-game cover OST? I actually prefer some of the covers to their originals. (The original COUNTDOWN is even worse than it is in the game. I didn't think that was possible.)

I spent about 9 whole hours on this. NINE! You know how BORING that gets?!?! It was fun for the first 3, but... DAMN!
I'm just gonna copy and paste part from somewhere else...
The difficulties
Novice (2) - Rated 2 for length xx.
Easy (4) - I couldn't base this on easy mode in Ouendan, because easy mode for SSAY is the easiest thing I've ever seen.
Medium (6) - Losely based off'a Normal mode in Ouendan.
Hard (9) - Based off'a Hard/Insane.
Expert (11) - Just like with Countdown, this is all my own shit right here. I step what I feel needs to be. Like I said before, I really enjoyed making this one, so I hope you guys are skilled enough to enjoy it as much as I did >>. It's meant for dance pad, so it shouldn't be too hard on keyboard.

I'd work on something for SSAY, but I'm afraid it would be too similar to Countdown. :P
As far as the simfiles go, the beat-0 offset for Countdown seems a bit off, but otherwise the timing is good. I liked Sekai Wa Sore's charts better, though, they seemed to fit the song more.

I barely made it through and managed to score 6 million points and a B rank.I'm going to try to learn to play hidden mode next. I've already experimented with the mirror mode by changing the calibration on my DS. That's fun too.
