Well...If this is a first try; good try, but needs some training.
I'd suggest using Edgeys backhair and adding Phoenix's face and forehead to that.
Unfortunantely, you have to scratch the class's but like allready said: Good try.

Other sprites: Buddy Faith does need some fixing. I think that the hat needs to be shaded, the face needs a mouth, and the shirt needs to be a little clearer. But it's still nice.
Front view Nick is very good! I think that the colour of his face and hands are a little pale, though. And, for the third Phoenix, his eyes are little to small - it needs to be a bit bigger, I think.
Witness sprites: I always thought Derek had a large white lab coat [Like Ema], but I'm not sure about that. Lawyer Nick is very good!
Official art edits: Buddy Faith has a white outline around him - that's the only thing that really needs to be fixed. Some shading for him would be good, though.
Jake Marshall also has tiny whtie dots around him, and also, the uniform [hat and cape] are too pale compared to his sleeves and shirt.
OCs: The first Haden Orwell sprite, his left arm needs to be joined correctly to his shoulder... I don't know how to explain it, but it looks odd. His other arm is a bit to thin and rounded. The second one is pretty good! The third one looks a little like a front-view sprite [of Sahwit?] and his head. The mouth looks a little odd, too. I'm sure you'll be able to fix it, though

Ehh,sorry about those dots,GIMP fails getting rid of them.
I did notice that Nick was a little pale,but I don't how to rid of it in GIMP cause,I tried fixing,kept coming out as the same color. And I have no earthly idea how to make eyes,and a mouth from the co-concil POV.
And oh,the people in the background aren't the victims of the case,Jake is,poor Jake. 
Plus on Orwell's sweating sprite,I used this Ace Fresca's Grey

Anyway, I will give some criticism -
Greg - Well, it's a start. The dots for the shading are a bit weird but I think this has some promise to it. The hair needs a bit of work and so do the glasses. You need to change the face around a bit to make him look less like Phoenix.
Ini - The Objection pose looks...
...Awkward to say the least. And the arms seem a bit wonky on her "Airhead" pose.
Buddy Faith - ...

The sprite looks 2-D and the shading is messy. The hat and legs have none and the coat looks like it's in a different dimension. It needs work. I'm sorry...Phoenix Front - The lapels look a bit too much like the De Killer's ones and the tie could use some work.
Here is some examples of what the lapels and tie should look like -

Also, there are some loose pixels near the thinking and hand to face pose too.
Payne - Looks fine!
Derek Stilles - Not enough shading and had pure black lines.
Lawyer Nick at the stand - The legs have red lines and it has some pure black outlines. It is not good to use pure black.
Hayden Orwel - The first pose looks fine but the hand on desk and the Turner Gray pose are pretty messed up. Also, the design looks too much like Phoenix. I would suggest maybe changing the design a bit.
Sprite of you - Looks too much like Kristoph. Maybe frankensprite a bit to turn it into a sprite of your own. And judging by your profile I don't think that you would be that tall at 13. But I think you could change it up a bit.
These are okay for a start and there is a lot of room for improvement. Keep going at it!

Thanks, and you'd surprised how tall I am, last time I check I was at least 5' 3", so if we can deduce that Kris is at least 5 ft., I could be that tall, but since they didn't give us official heights for AJ characters, so yeah.

Well, I had to splice Godot's arm and had to recolor and take some parts off, and her dancing-like pose, she's supposed to be on one of her tilt part.

Good job, these are by far your best sprites, although Buddy's hair is a little wonky.
Also, you might want to change the smile, it looks too much like Portsman's still.

Thanks for the help, I've been using Paint.Net, instead of my usual GIMP, will fix. The hair though? I really didn't edit much of the hair though, since Portsman and Buddy have almost exactly the same hair color.

Well... It's better.
But, there are still some things wrong with it.
1. The hat's shading is WAY off. It needs to be coming from the same light source as the rest of the sprite. Plus it's not as smooth as AAI shading.
2. The hair looks better but is still to Portsmanesque. It needs to come out from the bottom of his hat in the front and needs to be more shaggy.

3. Still some white pixels and I can see some pink left over from Portsman.
4. Eyes still look like Portsman's.
5. The tie's shading is off and so is the overall shape.

Here's a tip: until you're a master spriter, try taking a similar mouth position and putting on your sprite.

Also note that he now has the three thingeys of hair poking out from underneath his cap. Aside from that, you fixed the tie quite nicely, I daresay.
EDIT: I just noticed I forgot to make it transparent. That's what you get for trying to bite off more than you can chew.
