"I was there a while ago, the place was crowded." she said, pulling out her pocket watch, "That was only 15 minutes ago, the crowd will still be there."

"Sounds good to me. I'll go get my jacket. Say we meet in the lobby in... 10 minutes?" she says, exicted about this new adventure, but in the back of her mind, she was still worried about Molly.

'Molly, please be ok. We're coming for you.' she thought as she pressed the button.

"Ok!" Jenna said. She walked a slightly longer way to the library lobby.
(If I walk really slow I'll get there in about ten minutes.) Jenna thought.

Mace ran into her room, grabbed her oversized jacket and ran out of the apartment and to the library. She took the path in the woods and ran at full speed.

Skylar knew the underground passages very well, so she knew that one led to the library. She headed into the apartment's basement, pulled up the trapdoor and headed down the stairs. Within five minutes, she was standing in the library lobby.

Mace made it there with 7 minutes to spare. She panted, but she wasn't tired. She walked into the library and took a seat in the lobby to wait for everyone else.

"Hey Skylar." Mace said, her panting stopped, "So we just need to wait for everyone else."
It had begun to lightly snow outside. "Oh. It's snowing."

Skylar rushed outside, dropping the newspaper. As she stood outside in the snow, she looked... different. Her smile was soft and friendly, her eyes were no longer cold and Skylar looked like a young child seeing snow for the first time. She cupped her hands and let snow fall into her hands.

Mace tried to resist the urge, but she couldn't. She ran outside and started making a snow angel. She saw Skylar's expression and giggled.

"Hi Skylar," said Axel as he entered the building.
"Hi Mace. Man, I got here faster than I expected," he said as he sat down.

"Wow, look, snow! How about a snowball fight once we're all done here?"

Skylar headed back in.

"I know where the books on legends are, I'll go get some," she said, went off into the library and brought back a selection of books.

"This one is called Legends of Dodumburg," she said, opening it up.

"Right here, the story of how that place was built," he said. He then started to read aloud.

"'The main appartment complex in this city was built nearly 150 years ago by the first setlers of the area. This area was originally inhabited by a group of Indians mostly famous for their believes in curses and black magic.

When the setlers first arrievd, they demanded the Indians leave the land. However, the indians refused and attacked the setlers. Out of the 90 setlers, 7 died and 10 were captured and, according to popular belief, tortured to death. 4 of the killed and captured setlers were children no older than 7.

The setlers were outraged by the attack. One week after the attack, the sttlers returned with muskets and two cannons, where they masacered the entire Indian village. The last people killed were the Idian village waiseman and the supposed "witch".

"We have placed a curse upon you. Once every year, our guardian will return an avenge us," they said before they were executed. The setlers immideatly began to build the town. The main appartment complex of town was built on top of the Indian's burreal ground.

To this day, scholars have yet to find what the witch and the wiseman called "our guardian", for all trace records and cultures of the Indian village was destroyed in the settlers attack'
."

Axel closed the book as soon as he finished reading.

"There you have it. The history of the apparment complex we live in, and what I base my theory in."

Mace keep filling through the book, "Ah, here it is. Great grandfather and great uncle." She lays the book on the table, an article from 1935 is shown.
George Brown, found dead in his apartment.
George Brown, age 35, was found in his apartment, dead. The autopsy showed that he died from loosing the will to live. This was most likely caused by the loose of his young 8 year old son, William, who died of Polio just a week ago. George's only survivor is Elinor Brown.

"Elinor Brown is my grandmother. My whole family says that he still haunts the complex, taking children to replace the one he lost." she said in a scary tone.

"Let me see it," Johnny said. He flipped through the book until he got to a certain section, "The 1999 kidnappings. What I based mine of off. It states that Mila Gorgon, a certain mother who couldn't bare children, stole five kids from our apartment complex. She, unfit to be a mother, was crazy and never fed the children. They died in locked apartment 325. She didn't die, but disappeared. I believe she's back."

"Wait a minute." she flips through the pages, ".... there's a gab, between 1995 and 2009, there were no kidnappings. If that curse is true, then there would be no gap."

"True. But still, the possibility of mad woman wanting kids is still out there," Johnny said, "But I do want to know about this tribe, and it's the most likely theory. Huh? But I sworn I saw a small paragraph about a mad woman in that book in 1999!"

She look through it. "I don't see it, you look through it, maybe I missed it." she hands him the book. "I'm going to see what happened between 1995 and 2009." she runs off to find something.
