let's just say...
So, if Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney became an anime, who would the voices be?
Here are my suggestions:
Contains tagged references to AA3 case 2
Vic Mignogna - Because his voice sounds pretty close to Ben Judd's. Just imagine Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist) shouting "Objection!" then visualize Phoenix with the same voice.Spoiler:
Laura Bailey - I'm just gonna say it. Mia has the WORST in-game voice I ever heard. I'd rather she sounded like Lust (FMA) without the sultry inflection.
Eric Vale OR Travis Willingham - I like Sean King's voice, but I don't know if he can do whole lines. I guess it could work if Sanji (One Piece) did the voice. Failing that, having Edgey sound like Roy Mustang (FMA) makes him sound more manly.
Luci Christian - She'd probably do a better 
, but Luci voiced Nami (One Piece)... so we know she can play a troublemaker pretty well. Monica Rial - Failing Luci, having her sound like a young Sakura (Tsubasa: Reservoir Chronicles) could work.
Hillary Haag - Adrian's appearance makes me think Amy (Sonic X), but I don't know the VA's name (besides, she works for 4Kids 
). Fortunately, she also strikes me as a Teletha Testarossa (Full Metal Panic!). Spoiler: AA3 Case 2
Greg Ayres - Playing Shingi Kazama (FMP!), we know he can make Ron sound wimpy, Spoiler: AA3 Case 2
sound dramatic.
Eric Vale - Does anyone know who voiced this guy? No matter, having him sound like Sanji (One Piece) might be a welcome change.
Caitlin Glass - Somehow, she strikes me as a Winry Rockbell (FMA) kind of character. She certainly has the emotion for it.
Lydia Mackay - One word: Sloth (FMA - First Anime)
Christopher R. Sabat - I mean, come on... How can you go wrong with Zoro (One Piece)!?
??? - That's a tough one... IMO, she sounds perfect in-game. Who can replace her?

I really don't know much about English-speaking voiceactors ._.
But I've thought about the possible Japanese cast a lot XD
So... some of the voices I'd really like to hear:
Franziska = Michiko Neya (Feminine, slightly uppity, good at yelling XD)
Diego/Godot = Okiayu Ryoutarou (Just... think about Mr. K from Gravitation.)
Adrian = Paku Romi (A little bit masculine, strong. Paku Romi is also a freaking genius so she'd probably be able to mix the strength to Adrian's insecurity.)
Edgey = Koyasu Takehito (cause duh, that man's voice is teh sex.)
Phoenix = Tomokazu Seki (Just... I don't know really. XD I think he sounds about right.)

I wanna post some Japanese VAs I think would fit:
Nick and Maya should keep their TGS trailer voices. They were perfect!
Pearl- Kae Araki (Sailor Chibimoon from Sailor Moon) or Tomoko Kaneda (Chiyo from Azumanga Daioh)! They are both pretty fitting, since Chibiusa and Chiyo are around the same age as Pearl, so~
Alita- Mitsuko Horie (Sailor Galaxia from Sailor Moon). So fitting. She can go from having a sweet voice to a really sinister sounding one!
... As you might have noticed, I love Sailor Moon a lot XD

Pearl - Also voiced by Tamura Yukari, but with the cute voice, instead of the mature, serious one (people who watch Higurashi will know what I mean). Or she could be voiced by Yui Horie.

YES.
I think Kappei would make a PERFECT Wocky, since he can pull of hyper/energetic characters pretty well (He even dubbed Crash Bandicoot's voice, and he's a pretty hyper character XD)
Gackt as Klavier... I can totally see that as well. I can't think of anyone better.

Plum- Sakakibara Yoshiko I guess it fits... She usually plays older characters. Plum was described as having a low voice, so I went with that.
Ema- Hanamura Satomi She was Ema's voice for the TGS trailers. I think they made a perfect choice!
Apollo- KENN (aka Ohashi Kenichiro) Another TGS voice that was perfect.

And I came to think of Yamaguchi Kappei as Wocky cause I always imagined how Wocky would sound and kept wondering like "where have I heard that voice before?", and then it kinda clicked to Kappei. :D
