It's not bad at all.

Just needs some shading adjustments on the bandages.

Much like DEqu here said; not bad first one.

Personally I'd go with different kinda middle gray (meaning the color between the dark gray used to on his lower part of jacket and light gray on the shoulder/chest area)
not much different, but something bit more...gray like and less gray-brown like.

Also, the white sihrt needs editing on the chest area a bit.
The cloros change to bit darker ones, but then become white again soon after.

The lines on the bandages need some shade editing just like the hair and the beard jada jada jada etc.
That is a blooded...injury(?) btw?
If so, then I'd suggest (someone care to disagree with me) not making it exactly like that.
I mean, it has darker...ummm...what's the word again? Edges? Outlines? Sides?
...Whatever; it's brighter at the middle while other is darker, while it'd look better (again; care to disagree) if it'd be other way around.
Darker in the middle and changes to lighter/brighter the more it continues.

Okay, this is pretty much self marketing / self advertising, but I show an example with our "bearest prosecutor" yet.


I suggest ya keep at this though.

That's... not a very good fist.

Decent sprite, needs work (if Zinle is here to advise you, you'll be fine), but that's definitely not a fist.

In my opinion, if you do keep working on this character, "Fist" would be an appropriate name for him.

What seems to bother me on this one is the jaw (mostly near the sideburns), or perhaps the skin tone overall. The jaw seems to shape unrealistically, to be honest, and I think with a little darker skin shade or a change in outlining (perhaps by smoothing or anti-aliasing as it's called), it may shape out better.
