Uhhhhh....... sure. I guess even I worry a bit about my appearance.
Mostly when it comes to how I look during job interviews, but yes.

As for the friends being fake... I think everybody is fake to a certain degree. Everybody wears a 'mask' in public, even towards their best friends. Might sound suspicious of me and probably depressing, but.... it makes sense.

I'm still afraid of the dark slightly...Just last night when I was about to go to sleep I heard scary Legend of Zelda music ringing in my ears...Well actually it's not scary at all, it's the dungeon theme of Link to the Past but when the mood is right....

Getting called at 3 in the morning about a tornado warning! Aaaah...

Nah, just kidding. Glad to be living in times where someone will actually warn you about POSSIBLE IMPENDING DOOM or something. It's only a computer recording but still. Totally awesome.

Maybe you've got some trust issues? I know my friends aren't perfect (and neither am I), but we're honest with each other, through good and bad. It's because I trust these people so much and have so much fun with them that I call them my friends.
Though I have 3 people I call 'true friends' and around 20 normal friends, for those 3 I'd be willing to walk through fire if it would be necessary.
Face your emptiness don't be afraid. The danger is often smaller than your fear.

No matter how much I try to overcome it, I'm always scared of doing something in front of people either performing a song or doing a presentation even reading something! I feel a knot in my throat, my hands starts shaking, my heart beats so fast I can hear my pulse.
It's weird, I always obliged myself to do such things thinking that someday I'll get better but...It's been years and I don't feel better about this.

-I don't do heights.
-I hate bees/wasps.
-Spiders.

This is kind of a long one...
I had this dream once, where I had somehow gone back in time, to my childhood, and it was stuff I didn't remember, but once I saw it, I remembered it, and I saw my Dog alive, and it was really weird...so I guess my fear is the concept of endlessness, and seeing things that are lost to time.

-Oh yeah, and open water.

Sometimes I say something and then five minutes later I'm thinking: "What the hell I just said? I sounded like an idiot. How can I be so idiot?"
Sometimes I want to approach someone but then I think "No! Don't do this. You'll fuck everything up. You don't know how to approach people, just wait for the right moment".
Most of the times I regret about everything I said. It's like a curse.

hmmm. well i'll start small
like almost everyone on the planet, i'm afraid of spiders. And since i live in Australia, we get the worst spiders in the world :beef:
I'm afraid of public speaking, yet i have no qualms with singing for an audience
I have an irrational fear of ladders...
I'm terribly afraid of hospitals
I'm afraid of heights, yet i've sky-dived and bungee jumped before (and i loved it)
I'm afraid of the ocean. cannot go in a boat, and i hate the beach. Sure i can swim, i'm alright with rivers and pools, just not the ocean. Friend dragged me into the movie "Life of Pi". absolute worst experience in my life, i almost had a panic attack in the theater.

aaaand my biggest fear is being alone. That's about it
