Older/Master Maya

They aren't animated yet, and I've still got 3 poses to finish, but I wanted to get some people's oppionions of them. The sprites are based on the fantastic image by Jadenkaiba on Devient Art, so credit for design/concept goes to her(?).

these are original drawings in Illustrator, based off Jadenkaiba's drawing as I said. They're completely from scratch

Only thing is I think the 'blank' look is a little too much like a 'frown' unless this is some kind of perpetually grumpy Maya from the time skip XD.

Yeah Maya was probably done growing by T&T or didn't have much left.
Though for the purple looking boring? I dunno, I think it helps convey how she's grown a little more sensible and wiser, as is befitting the Master of the Kurain family.
Then again that's just my view on what Older!Maya should be like.

I wanted to keep her ties to Kurain obvious, and make it obvious that she was still the same old Maya, but just a little bit more responsible, and mature, which is why I went for the similar robes. I also didn't think that Misty's robes would be appropriate since I always assumed that she wore those robes in T&T because she was in exile and didn't want to be connected to Kurain.
I was originally going to include the Master's seal in a prominant place, but I couldn't really put it anywhere without it either detracting or replacing her Magatama, or looking too over the top.
I did see another image recently which had her hair in a bun, so I guess I could try that...? Anyone else think that's worth a try?
