Okay, get this. Lightning Returns has arrived.
But I was not home when it arrived, so they gave it to one of my neighbors and left me a notification to pick it up from the neighbor with that name. But I went to the neighbors who have that name, they don't have the package. They suggest I go to a neighbor who has their last name as his first name. But that neighbor doesn't have it either. But since this was an international package, I do not have an ID Number for the package, so I can't look online for it.
So I just opted to put a sign next to the mail boxes that, whoever has my package, please put it in front of my door.

Seriously, is somebody TRYING to keep me from playing that fucking game?

Ouch, tough break. Reminds me of when my Ouendan game came in and there wasn't a cartridge in the case, which I talked about a while back. Fortunately, I contacted the person I got it from, who sent me the cartridge a week or so later.

I hate my paypal password. Mostly because I can never remember it, because I had to change it from an overall usual one. Argh I tried every combination I can think of! And what the hell, those stupid "security questions"? Those questions they ask me NEVER fit with my passwords.

Somebody is stopping people from playing the next rubbish instalment of Lightning's Saga?! I MUST SHAKE THEIR HAND

Seriously though that's a real shame sounds like you've got janked completely. It wasn't a really common last name in your country was it? Also I'm surprised international packages don't come with tracking, perhaps it was just your company as I swear I've tracked packages internationally before. Sad as it seems might have to start going door-to-door in the hope that one of your neighbours has it and the package guys got the name wrong. Though if I was your neighbour and you hadn't came to pick it up in like 2 days or so I'd probably come around to drop it off anyway.

That reminds me of the dreadful time where I had to wait an extra day to play Fire Emblem Awakening because it got delivered to the wrong house. I was thinking, "Fuck. Now some asshole's got my copy of Fire Emblem, and I'm going to have to go through the painful process of complaining to Amazon about it."

Luckily though, I got my copy of the game the next day with a little note written on the envelope saying "Delivered to wrong address".
Thanks for not keeping my game fellow world-dweller.

Well the name on the slip says "Heinz" which can be a last name as well as a first name in Germany. I looked at all the mailboxes in the house and we only have one Heinz family. And they said they don't have it. So either the mailman wrote down the first name, which is silly cause Heinz is a common first name and I don't know the first names of my neighbors, or he wrote down a different name that just looks a ton like Heinz.

As for tracking, play asia has the option of giving me shipping with tracking, but I opted for the Free Shipping one, which was free and also lacked tracking. So we can fight about who the idiot is here... although technically still me, cause I left the house.
Although I usually get the mail around 1:30 PM and I was home before that time. I mean, I saw the mailman, but he was in a house that is not ours yet. So I guess someone else delivered our package.

Oh my lord. I understand now. You just meant popular recent music.

New Age is an actual genre, and it is... nothing like recent pop music.

... For what it's worth, I don't like any singer/band you listed, either.

I can't think of any rap that was ever good... the only one I kinda liked was Eminem with that short bit of "My salsa" in that one song where I forget the name, I think it was "My band" and I only liked that cause I liked the rhythm and it was silly.

I like orchestrated music (Not just classical, if that makes sense. Music that's written recently that's played on woodwind/brass). I never got into modern music in 2011 and 2012, where the era of dubstep seemed to destroy my eardrums, but some music that comes out now is good. I've started listening to more modern music. In the end, now I've been listening to video game soundtracks, and some new music on the radio that I liked. Kinda dull, but I enjoy music that peps me up. I find it helps brighten my mood!

I don't really like recent music, either. A lot of my favorite songs are music from before I was born, mostly rock music from the 70s and 80s, like Queen and The Rolling Stones. I was born in 1994, long after my favorite songs came out. The funny thing is, most of the music I like that was made after I was born isn't even in English, such as Gangnam Style and a lot of Jpop.

I think the literal representation of pop music dying was when Michael Jackson died.

There are tons of great recent bands and musicians in my opinion, but they aren't very "mainstream". You have to be picky and search carefully for good music today. But to be honest, I don't think I listen to many "classic" bands either besides Joy Division and The Jimi Hendrix Experience now and then...

And J-pop? I don't understand people who like a music genre (like rock or electronica/pop, for example) but only listen to it if the lyrics are in japanese... I mean, I like the GazettE and some other "J-rock" bands, but I don't like them because they're "J". For me they are just good rock bands. The best argument I heard for this is "the language changes the song's feeling", but I still don't understand it.

You really need to give some a listen.

Wrappers Delight is the first one you should listen to.
This was made back in 1979, and is one of the first songs to be "rap"
Between 1979-1985 is when the the slower rap was popular.

Jumping ahead a couple years, if there is ONE rapper you listen to, it should be Tupac Shakur.
Keep Ya Head Up is a song directed to men to treat their wives/girlfriends better.

Broken Wings is my personal favorite from Tupac.

"Perhaps I was addicted to the dark side
Somewhere inside my childhood i missed my heart die
And even though we both came from the same places
The money and the fame made us all change places
How could it be through the misery that came to pass
The hard times make a true friend afraid to ask, for currency
But you could run to me when you need me, I'll never leave
I just needed someone to believe in, as you can see "

The only good rap I've ever heard is the soundtrack to Madworld. That game made rap music awesome! Some of my favorite tracks include "Look Pimpin", "You Don't know Me", and "So Cold".

I am just not a fan of rap...

And posting this here because the vent thread is still closed

One of the jerks on the Skyward GameFAQs board mentioned how he spent $300+ dollars on two games, individually, and only spent $60 for Skyward and he was disappointed with that game. Okay, ignoring his obvious hatred for Skyward, that doesn't bother me.
What the hell kind of little dickcheese is this? What, can he shit out as much money as he want? He has no problem spending [btriple digit amounts[/b] for one game? I find it disgusting that somebody, who cannot tolerate somebody else's opinion on a game he hates, has that much money to spend on games.
I should be the one to have that much money. I would never spend triple digit amounts of money to buy one game, but I'm I would use it better than he does.

What the hell, why is nobody giving me a fucking job!? :larry:
