"It was him," Luna hissed at Seven. "He bet all that BP. I can tell, even without what Pigeon said.

"What 'other partner'? Leo and Pigeon are both standing right there. And they're both saying the same thing."

The article about the Russian?

Leo is hiding his face but reaches into his coat and pulls out the paper. He presents it in the direction of the others. It reads as follows:

"A New World Wonder Discovered--The Red Diamond"

"Article: Sergei Cunningham, esteemed billionaire has been on the decline lately. However, not only did he discover a rare form of diamond, but a bountiful chunk of it. It's been taken to be called The Red Diamond. The appraisal is tough to mark, but it's possible the value is upwards of half a billion dollars.

'I just got lucky.' Sergei commented. 'Diana has always been close by whenever I mine something new, and she made sure to not disappoint this time.'

Respected appraiser Diana Monahan has neglected to give a statement, but she did say that she was happy for Mr. Cunningham and hoped for much more success in his future."

Additionally, there is a picture of Luna and Sergei, the Diana detailed in the article is Luna.

"...Yes, I am Diana Cunningham," Luna declared. "And as you can tell from that article, I have an eye for appraising things."

((OOC: In case ya'll were wondering... Luna --> una --> uno, along with Luna --> moon --> Diana. Finding the Artemis key in the first round was just a lucky bonus.))

Having listened to Leo reveal the paper she tried a different approach.

"Diana"

She kept her distance between Diana and Oliver looking to the others for help.

"So what? Pigeon presented a theory. Leo bought it the same as you that's all or he is complicit in a plan to frame Oliver."

She gave Oliver a warning look "I'm not saying he's innocent, but I won't stand for someone to be persecuted so easily without proper evidence."

Returning her gaze to Diana "The problems are the same...both of them could be framing him. Pigeon could have actually bet BP and be lying about it. It all depends on his word of mouth."

Luna finally tore her gaze from Oliver, and stared at Seven straight at the eyes.

"I told you, young lady, this has nothing to do with what Pigeon or Leo said. I wasn't just Sergei's appraiser, or his wife. I was his business partner, because I was as good at reading people as I was at appraising diamonds. And I can read off of him plain as day that he bet 8 BP.

"If you have an explanation for how he could have done that without murdering Sergei, I'm all ears."

Seven smiled slightly. If she was sane enough to admonish Seven like that she probably wasn't going to take anyone's head off soon.

"With all due respect ma'amI'm afraid I'm going to need more than your intuition to effectively see a man killed off like this."

She glanced at Oliver "he's being accused of murder its only sensible he would.freak out."

She raised one finger.
"Consider this...8 BP is a very specific amount to bet. There's no way to tell how that can come about really between the bets with the other people since all BP betting is done in private. Its just as plausible for one of the others to have murdered the Russian in order to get the BP. The only thing you have to go on is your intuition and an accusation."

Killed off? Killed off?

"Your head isn't the one on the lynching block here!" Luna screamed. "Don't you give me crap about killing people off! We're voting to blacken him. All it means is monitoring him to make sure he doesn't kill anyone else like he killed Sergei!

"It's more than just intuition. He bet 8 BP. And it might be a specific number, but it's a number he couldn't have bet without killing someone!"

James was a mess after seeing the BP results. He was on the bottom yet again. He spoke with a shaky tone, "I... I'm sorry guys, I thought nine would be enough between us... But still nobody HAS to die, right?" James leaned against a wall to try to calm himself. "I think it's only right for me to not vote against anyone on my team. So, unless I can be convinced otherwise, I'm going to..."
Vote: No-Lynch

"On the subject of Oliver killing the Russian, I stil have... no opinion." It seemed obvious, but for some reason James just couldn't commit to the blacken vote at the moment.

"A-are you crazy, Saturn?!" Yon shouted, fear in his voice tone, "If we all votes no lynch, the bomb will..... The bomb will.....!"

That was true, if nobody died by the end of the lynching phrase, Yon and the others will die.

"...I'd like to hear from Oliver himself before passing any sort of judgement."

Triton folded her arms. Not that she was trying to trivialize this accusation, but until the accused spoke up, there wasn't much else to say in regards to that.

Amidst all the arguing and shouting back and forth, Oliver stands at the back of the room. He's clearly sweating and terrified

"U-U-Uh...I have an explanation for all of this."

Nobody would hear it.

The arguing ended with the blast of two gunshots. One hit Oliver right in the stomach, throwing him onto his knees. The other went right through his eye, blasting a red mist of blood, skull fragments, and goopy grey matter everywhere.

Oliver was killed....he had been alive just moments before. Now...he was just...gone

A single item rolled out of his pocket. He coughed once, letting out a sputter of blood. That was the last sound he'd ever make...

Oliver-End

"...what...the hell..."

Triton slumped to her knees. She'd been trying to stay composed in the midst of this madness, but this was too much. Her eyes darted to Pigeon, who was surprisingly prepared to react to this...whatever this was.

"What did you just take?"

Alright, another twelve hours have been added to the cycle!

Also, blackened votes now only need five votes to blacken someone!

But wait, there's more!

A crime has been committed!

New blackened crime!

Who killed Oliver?

In the middle of arguing with Seven, two large blasts suddenly rocked Luna's ears. From beyond Seven, she could see what appeared to be a spray of red liquid... The same red liquid that she had seen coating her husband several hours ago...

It took a moment for Luna to registered what had happened. She fell to her knees.

She didn't...

...No, that would be a lie. She did. She did want him to die. But still, to happen so suddenly, and without warning...

She reached out and picked up the second object that had tumbled out of Oliver's pocket and landed near her. A gemstone... "You can have it," she said, carelessly tossing it in Triton's direction.

Pigeon then announced that the other object was the [11] bracelet. "...I don't think blackening a corpse will do much good. And... if you don't mind... I'd like to have that bracelet..." she quietly requested.

Was this fate's idea of a cruel joke? James had just said that nobody had to die by lynching, but then... eight people were staring at the corpse that had once housed Oliver's spirit.
"I... didn't mean to be right... in that way," were all the words James could muster.

"Someone was just murdered right in front of us in cold blood and your first instincts are to loot his body and brag about being right? What the hell is wrong with you..."

Triton turned her eyes from Pigeon in disgust and solemnly took the jewel from its resting place on the floor. She couldn't think of anything else to say right now.

"Thank you..." Luna said softly as she pushed the bracelet into her bosom. [11]... Like two [1]s... Like... they were together.

Luna began to feel tears well up, but she stopped herself and forced them down. She would cry when this was over. And this whole ordeal didn't seem anywhere near over.

"It's still possible someone besides Oliver stole the knife," she said. "Someone else could have also stolen it off Oliver himself."

Luna took a deep breath and stood up. This wasn't over... Not yet.

In the rush of everything that had happened after coming out of the doors, there were a lot of things that the group had glossed over. Now that things had calmed down, it was probably best to deal with them.

I. "There was a power outage for a few seconds in both rooms [2] and [7] shortly after we entered them... Does anyone know anything about that?" Luna made a quick glance at the trio that had gone in door [9].

II. "What exactly was the passcode... or paper... or whatever it was that you found?" Luna asked Leo and Pigeon.

III. "What happened in door [9]? Why weren't you able to talk with us?"

IV. "From the pigeonholes, it seems we learned about the Ridley brothers from Saturn, and Oliver told his group about the history of this place. What happened to Doctor in door [9]?" There were a lot of questions for the group that went into door [9]... but they didn't hear from them at all while they were in the doors, so it's only natural.

V. "Was there any other information or details in the newspaper about the thief and security guard? From Saturn's story, it seems like there were two of them... Was it the one 12 or 18 years ago?"

VI. "Door [9] is still accessible, apparently... I suppose we should go back and check. I don't know what The Narrator wants to show us this time... but I don't think we can afford to not check it."

VII. "It seems Oliver had definitely killed somebody. We can't know for sure exactly who, but since the only corpse we found until now was Sergei's... It also seems like there's still the knife and now a gun running around."

VIII. "We found a [Hera] key in our room, and door [7] found a dove key... Did you find any keys behind door [9]? We should also probably use those keys and see where they lead."

IX. "Last but not least... vote: no-lynch."

X: Everyone should reveal their zodiac signs at this point (also the escape door number is not 12)

XI: Did anyone find any other clues to the mystery in the other rooms? Not narrative reveal necessarily (we still know absolutely nothing about Triton, Yon, and Seven)

XII: Who took the BP?

Passcode was a passcode. I'll share it later

We used the Aphrodite key to escape our room. The room exited on the other side of the dove door

Pigeon was growing restless "Alright guys this place is really fucking dangerous and I want to figure out how to get out of this place and I want to figure out this stupid fucking mystery. My name's Brian. Does anyone know anything about me or something?" Pigeon grew irritated.

We can ask about random sums and bracelet combinations, but it might be better if we can think of something better than taking shots in the dark...

"I'll go ahead and field some of these. The power surge was me. I was testing the electrical fence keeping us from climbing off the roof." Triton was standing again at this point, and as she said so, she stepped forward with one foot to show the burn across her shoe. She chuckled dryly. "Maybe I should have thrown the other one, too, so they'd match."

That pathetic attempt at levity out of the way, she continued. "The intercom was broken, or more likely disabled. We only had speakers. The key we found had the symbol of Hestia on it, apparently. We found a newspaper about a robbery that took place about twelve years ago; this is the first I've heard of an incident eighteen years ago. Anyway, the thieves were named Alex Ridley and Harry Torres. A security guard was killed during the robbery and Ridley was killed the same night. The paper had a photograph of the guard, but I don't recognize him."

She shook her head. "I'll let Doctor or Seven take it from here. Oh, 24 won't work for the exit, either. I learned that this phase."

"Sure."

Headline: Deadly Bank Robbery--One Dead, One in Custody

Article: Occurring concurrently with the Ridley Brothers' fiasco, a bank was also robbed the same night, mere miles away. It seems the two thieves were after the private belongings of millionaire Sergei Cunningham. During the incident, a security guard attempted to stop them and was shot and killed. One of the thieves was arrested, but his name won't be disclosed. More details should hopefully arise soon

Doctor had gone quiet after the killing. He had tried to figure out where the shots had come from, but upon failing to do that, he had just stared at the body. He finally spoke, very carefully and deliberately.

"Since Mrs. Cunningham's real name has been revealed, I only feel that it is right to reveal my name... I am Chareth Woodsward, Butler of Mr. and Mrs. Cunningham." He looked back over at Pigeon. "Oliver told me that he was Harry Torres in private... With his death, I must reveal the information he and I passed between each other:

1. Alex Ridley and Harry Torres were hired by Sergei Cunningham to steal the diamond.
2. Sergei Cunningham was planning a Nonary Game.

I would very much like some information on what the 'Ridley Fiasco' was. It is what is at the heart of the mystery before us."

He listened to Triton's declaration. "Ah, I was wondering if you would be ok with me using your true name... If not, I won't."

"Thank you." Triton nodded to Doctor. "It's probably pointless and a bit selfish of me, but I'd prefer to keep my name a secret at this time. If it becomes relevant, however, please feel free to use it."
