If he could be alive, he could be healthy enough to walk—why not? If Gideon is going to treat this as a two-bit detective novel, we should too. Hell, even if he really couldn’t walk, someone could have pulled Albrecht out through the window, as long as they didn’t enter the study themselves.”

"I already commented on this, but allow me to remove all ambiguity--Julia died instantly. 'Instantly' means she could not influence her surroundings or take any action after being dealt the killing blow."

"Master Albrecht tried some of those earlier. Gideon said, in red, that the window can't be closed from outside the car. He also said that there is no difference between the car and a normal locked room, meaning I don't think the car window is relevant at all, as a solution involving it wouldn't work for an ordinary door."
