Manhunt 2 has been "edited" and recieved an M rating from the ESRB rating board. Looks like the game will be coming out Halloween of this year. Personally even though it smells of free marketing (how convienent a month ago the game was "suspended indef."), I can't wait to get my hands on what could be one of the best murder simulators most entertaining survival horror games to come out on the Wii. Who doesn't want to stab someone with the Wii mote?

Who cares if it's unrated in the Netherlands?

It's not the matter of "Freedom of Speech" (Cringes at the phrase, now it's overused) or crap like that....

It's a matter that they are going to waste good money on a crappy game. (In my personal opinion.)

The first Manhunt was pretty fun, and the second one with Wii controls could be good fun too.

Nah, I think it's going to be overrated just as GTA:San Andreas.

It's Rockstar's strategy:

1. Make a game and make it so controversial, it's going to flood all game forums.

2. Have people debate about the game for a VERY LONG TIME until it comes out, such as uptight politicians/Evangelicals vs so-called Rebels of society and gamers that think they are hardcore because they are playing a game that involves killing. (But than again, most games involve killing, so it's nothing really new.)

3. The people from both sides will buy the game, as the people oppose it will show the game how bad it is and the people who support it will buy it because it will make them feel rebellious.

At the end, the only people who win is Rockstar, as they are rolling all over the cash and laughing their asses off.
