Although seriousley I can't see her coming back. She did almost nothing for the case she was in. I'm pretty sure Capcom forgot about her until the last minute. Also has anyone noticed she bears a slight resemblince to Adrien Andrews?

Adrian is clearly Penny's daughter come from the future to... do something.
But yeah, Penny wasn't really a major character and she didn't have much of a personality. I mean, Sal and Cody had bigger roles and we don't get to see them again either. A shame, because I liked Penny, but unless there's a really big Global Studios plot there's no point for her to show up again (and even then, it's more likely to be Will Powers again).

Well, Penny is also the only one willing to give you any kind of information, and in so doing pisses off Oldbag so much she leaves her security station, allowing you to play around with her computer and print that photo.
So basically, Penny's primarily there to get info out of other people.

...That's disturbing in more ways than one. But they should bring Penny back. I think that would be awesome. It was nice to see someone who didn't run away when you finally were back on track with the case. I hate hunting people down. But there's a better chance that bricks will fly before Capcom brings Penny back.

Coincidince?I don't think they look alike. Penny doesn't have clear facial features and looks very young.
Also I think she's a ginger.
