I usually just sulk and stew. The anger eventually burns itself out after a while; if I think about things long enough, I'll decide being angry really isn't worth it and let it go.
Not really sure why I'm able to do that, though.

I've thrown a chair at somebody, thrown a pencil at a friend, and frightened several more people half to death by grabbing them and shaking them.

- Hand-slamming (anything near me is bound to get hit.)

- Screaming, like hell (Makes you wear down and stop very soon)

- Scratching my face (This one's my favorite :D. You get numbed by t3h PAIN!)

My father used to go into blind rages, it's really scary and he doesn't remember it at all afterwards, even goes so far as telling you it "never happened". It's quite the mental scarring as a kid, heh.

Sometimes, if it's something too huge and infuriating to bottle up right away, I'll go punch a poor defenseless wall until my knuckles bleed. Other times, I'll sit down and watch horror movies until I feel better.
Mostly, though, I internalize everything for months on end. Then, without warning, the slightest thing finally sets me off and it's near to having a portable volcano verbally blow up in your house.
But I could never, ever bring myself to hurt anyone. Any violence I may display is usually directed at inanimate objects and ends up doing more harm to me than them. And when I do lose it and start shouting, I go lock myself in another room so I won't hurt anyone with whatever I'm saying.
