The warmth of the pillow wasn't the same as Iris' legs and in a few moments Phoenix woke up.
"Nuh." He sat up and rubbed some of a grog out of his eyes. "I feel a bit better." He stretched. "Hey, we should get some thing to eat." His happy eyes shifted over to where Iris was supposed to be. "Iris?" He looked around until his eyes caught Emi. "Where did she go?" He asked her. Emi said nothing.

Chris quickly hit the gas, and they sped off. As they got back onto the road, however, he slowed down. "Not that driving fast isn't fun, but my police scanner quit working on the way back up here with Emi... plus, the slower we go, the better chance we have of spotting Iris." He had the car going at a moderate speed, keeping sure to look where he was going. "Keep a look out for her, Phoenix. You too, Meghan."

"Gotcha." Meghan started staring out the right window.

Iris had only managed to walk about a mile's distance from the mansion, and she was already lost. It may not have been a good idea to avoid the same roads the group had used to escape earlier... Then again, she almost certainly would have been quickly spotted if someone went to look for her, which she was sure had happened by now.

She stopped at a coffee shop across the street and attempted calling her sister again.

At the college, Harley witnessed very little after the police left, as he felt he didn't have any business with the situation. He returned to his studies thereafter, unaware of the events that followed. It was only during class the next day did he realize a few of the students have gone missing.

"Hmph," he mumbled. "Must be on a trip or something." He rationalized...and yet. Something didn't feel right. He placed his headphones in his ears, listening to "Whispers in the Dark." It was the only song he could bare, remembering just a year ago, his love, Valerie, ws murdered.

Suddenly, a blue car pulled up.
"Oh, thank goodn-" She froze as she saw Mrs Q in the front seat.

Chris sighed. "I honestly can't answer that question for you, Phoenix. You'll have to think on that for yourself. Were you not able to tell a difference between the two of them?" He looked out the window, since Phoenix wasn't. "If you love her, then that's one thing. Does she love you? All of us have seen you two together, and we've all come to agree that there's a large difference between Dahlia and Iris." He looked in the rear view mirror, which reflected back at Phoenix. "We believe that Iris really does love you. I recall the time I first spoke to her in the cafeteria... she told us that every day at the campus was special to her. Her eyes lit up as she had said this... and then she became immediately flustered. She was talking about you. I don't know why she ran off, but I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation for it. We'll find her."

Harley placed his stuff back into his dorm, and grabbed his helmet and leather jacket. Every month, he would ride his bike up to the area Valerie was murdered, to pay his respects to her. It was a custom for him, the only way to move on with his life.

Zipping up his jacket, he revved the motorcycle to life, putting on his helmet, and drove off...toward Hazakura temple.

"Y-yeah." Phoenix said through chattering teeth. His brain was just registering the horribly stupid thing he'd considered doing and his heart was reacting accordingly. This act brought back a rush of all the other stupid things he'd ever done for Iris. Even the ones shrouded in cold muck. Of course he loved her. He was just an oblivious idiot because of it.

Iris sped down the sidewalk, frantically searching for a taxi. She finally managed to hail one and jumped into the back. "Hazakura Temple, and please hurry, it's an emergency!" she ordered the driver. She wondered why her twin would have gone all the way out there if she was hurt, but questions like that could wait until later.

As he took out down the highway, Draco paided little attention to the scenery. He rode this road many times and found little interest with the area till he comes across the road leading to Eagle River, where Hazakura Temple is located. He had to slow down though, coming up on a vehicle that was a few yards behind a taxi. He didn't think much of it, until he got a look at the people in the car. One person stood out from the others, a man with spikey hair. He was one of the students from the college. What was he doing out here?

Iris arched an eyebrow and sighed in defeat. She didn't even need to look back to know who it was. She fished her cellphone out to call the people behind her. "Feenie, please, you have to turn back. It's dangerous for you here..." She kept her voice soft to avoid alarming the cabbie.
