Jay and Jeremy were sitting at their desks in their shared office at Criminal Affairs... They hadn't totally broken away into freelance work yet and they were bored.
"I wonder if we'll get a case, or even just some action, soon," Jay said to himself, tapping a pencil on his desk.
"I've sorted and re-sorted the archived evidence pages from my notebooks fourteen times already... Honestly, it's starting to get tedious," Jeremy added randomly.
"Maybe something will come to throw us into drama! Adventure! Suspense!!" Jay shouted like a true actor.
"It could happen..." Jeremy agreed with a hopeful tone in his voice.

Mira was sitting on his couch, looking over his notepad. That's odd.... Nothing seems to be happening today..... Mira looked around for the TV remote and started to channel surf. Boring...... Flashback of the Crime.
"Wow, why is it so dark?" Jay walked into the Blu residence. Jay saw a butler walking by, he asked the butler, "Umm, excuse me!" The butler turned and said, "Yes, sir James?" James replied, "I was kinda looking for Violet? Is she here?" The Butler stared up, Jay stared at him, Did the butler...s-shed a tear? he thought. The butler looked back at Jay, "O-oh, I'm terribly sorry, can you come back at a later time...?" Jay answered, "No...I can't she called me and said it was an emergency, I need to see her now," The butler repeated, "Come back...another time Sir James," Jay replied, "Ok...sure, Tell her I said..." As soon as he said that, Jay jumped over the butler and ran upstairs to Violetta's room. He knocked on the door of her room, "Hey! Violet! Open the door! The Butler has a fork!!! Help! Ope-" Suddenly the door slowly opened, and there revealed Violetta screaming. "V-Violet!!!" Jay yelled as he ran to her, but then a broadened-shoulder man came out and trucked Jay across the room. "M-Mr. Blu!?!" Jay said in astonishment, then he saw it, Mr. Blu took out an item, and whacked Violet. Jay looked at his friend for the last time, he looked up and saw Mr. Blu.
A few hours later, Jay left the Blu Residence...I can't testify against Blu...Or I-I He thought as he felt his neck. Violet, why now! Why Him!!!
((Wow, I typed too much for a flashback...If that doesn't work for you guys I'll change it, Oh, and I thought the scene would be at the house of Mr. Blu, if anyone would correct me then, that'd be okay!))

IT WILL BE OUT! EXPOSED! FOR EVERYONE!" Thomas roared and slammed the table with his fist. He shook a bit, then settled down into a calm pose, "Sorry for my behavior... such tragedies can do things to a person... Now Mr.Wright, you need to be reasonable. Think back about what you have to lose, and what you have to gain. Don't make me repeat myself again. You know what you have to do, you know why, and you know how." Thomas took a look at his watch briefly, "So what will it be, Mr.Wright, just think. Am I going to be guilty, and have you lose everything, or am I not guilty, and have you gain victory and praise from all around you...?"

It's been years since the Violetta case closed... but something seems off about it... Everything in my memory's black. Blank. I don't recall anything about it. All I remember is knowing Violetta and hearing her say she knew was going to die in a couple years... I saw it... I know I saw it... the murder... but the memories are gone. Completely erased... Jay was writing in a page of his journal for all the personal things he only wanted to keep to himself. For some reason, the memories of the Violetta case had come rushing back... but most of them were devoid of anything short of... nothingness. All Jay could remember was the meeting he had had with Violetta because of his... actions... He still couldn't place why he'd decided to travel back and meet her... Maybe it was a compelling urge to gain more insight into the Blu history? He didn't know. But his meeting revealed a great deal... A great deal he'd never want to forget. Sadly... they're definitely fading away... those memories of the meeting... The Violetta case memories are already blank. What could he do to remember? Maybe if he went back...? Could that be the reason his memories are gone in the first place?
Jeremy was having his own share of memories... Only his weren't nearly as numerous. In fact, he had only known Violetta through teaching her... for one day, no less. However, he knew something was up with Jay, because he had seen him writing furiously into his journal and looked intensely in-thought while doing it. He had read about the Violetta case... It seems her premonition was indeed factual. She had known she was going to die years before it happened. He was puzzled, and yet he wasn't. 'She knew what she was talking about...' Jeremy thought, 'She'd told me about her father... not in a lot of detail, but enough for me to believe her story.'
What could they do? Maybe they should go talk to Violet? Maybe they should start planning a trip for the past? Well, something would have to guide them...

Relation to victim: Butler for the Blu family.
Current state:Currently in service to Sir. Thomas Blu, Is visiting him in the courthouse on behalf of the prosecution.(Not sure, I can change it if prefered)
Humphrey walked sadly throught the corridors, he missed the young lady so very much, but he was still indebted to Sir. Blu, so he was privvy to giving him the message. He eventually found Him master talking to a man in a blue suit,who he thinks is the defence. he carefully walked up to them. "*Ahem*" He cleared his throat gently when he reached his master. "I beg your pardon Sir, but I was asked by the prosecutor fellow to take you to the questioning room, apparently they have found something." He couldn't look his master in the eye, a signthat both master and servant knew meant he was lying, but he gave his message and aited for his masters response.

Thomas gave a weary smile, and leaned back on Mr.Wright's desk once again, awaiting an answer. He of course knew it had to be Not Guilty. This Wright man would never risk that much for a stupid dead little girl. No one could refuse this, ever... Not even the great Phoenix Wright himself. "Huh?" Thomas stopped smiling and saw Humphrey, "Oh, hello..." Thomas had put his saddened face back on, "Be there in a moment," Thomas shot one last look to Wright, came dangerously close to him, and then said, "Remember Wright, what you've got to lose, and what you have to gain, which is nothing..." Thomas nodded to Humphrey and moved towards the door.
((Jay, try the cabin... Remember the sketch book? Hehe, Violetta deserves some damned justice!))

Bio: Kyle is a prosecutor, known to many as the 'Genius' due to his knowledge of almost every loophole in the judicial system. He makes it a point to win every case, because he does not trust anyone other than himself. He very much hates defense attorneys, and rigs witnesses as he pleases.
Kyle sat in his office, only to hear knocking at the door. "Who is it?" he grumbled. He did not like visitors, especially while he was studying up on his cases. While waiting for an answer, he looked over the Blu file, which he was scheduled to prosecute tomorrow. 'Another easy case,' he thought. 'Except I'm against that Wright person... this should be quite interesting.'

Humphrey was still distraught. He knew that the Father and daughter were fighting about sonething that day, but he wasn't involved and stayed out of it. then when Sir. James came by and broke into Violets room.... they both saw the same event.... but Humphrey remembers nothing past that....

Crystal rushed in panting. Following behind her slowly was Mike Meekins.
"Move it Mike!" Crystal said impatiently.
"Go on.......huff......with....out....me...." Mike held on to the doorway catching his breath slowly. Crystal tapped her foot impatiently.
"Dammit Mike! We're missing the trial!" Crystal said angrily.
"It means that much to you?" Mike looked up at Crystal's green eyes.
"Yes! As a detective I must study trials, and learn the procedure!" Crystal said.
Mike smiled slightly at Crystal's dedication to her job, 'If only I was as talented as her' Mike thought. Mike stared for a while at Crystal's eyes. Crystal noticed his stares and stuttered "W-what? Stop staring! C'mon!"
Crystal grabbed Mike's hand and swiftly ran to sit within the court's audience.

"Ah ha! There is one thing I remember!" Jay proclaimed as he procured an old sketchbook with a green ribbon from his bookshelf. This sketchbook had the words "To Mr. Slezak" in the front cover along with the name "Violetta Blu". 'The sketchbook from the cabin! Boy am I glad I kept this! Now if I could just remember what's inside it...' ((For those that don't know, this isn't a deus ex machina. I actually received this item in another RP related to this.))
"Hey! Isn't that the... Oh! You told me about that before!" Jeremy stated excitedly as he entered the room and noticed the sketchbook Jay was holding. "I've been thinking about THAT case..."
"Violetta... Now I really want to help her... I wish there was some way I could bring the justice that case deserves to fruition," Jay murmered. "Jeremy... Want to go on... a trip?"
"Ooooh! I love this part!" Jeremy shouted joyfully. ((Now we need to figure out which type of 'trip' they need to go on... Some help would be nice.))
